Terry (Manager) later contacted in Jo's absence - he was very reassuring that there was nothing to worry about the new machine fitting into the space of the old one. I paid for their fitting and recycling of the old Washer. Richard the installer did a great job in removing the old and fitting the new Washer. He was really friendly, patient and thorough with the installation. He treated my home with respect and care and the install was completed without any damage to my units. Even vacuumed under the units when he removed the plinth. Finished by sealing the plinth to the floor tiles. A credit to the company!”

“I went twice in a week to Netherfield branch. The first time was for advice, which I received from the lovely Kerren. On my second visit I was quite anxious about choosing kitchen cupboards,doors etc. I hoped Kerren would be there again. She was! Kerren and Karen B helped me navigate what I needed. I flapped a few times and sat down to gather myself, Kerren and KarenB helped put me at ease and supported and helped me with my choices. I had financial limits so their help was really needed. “Bought a fridge and a washer/dryer. After some seriously meticulous cleaning of both, we managed to get both working. Fridge is a bit loud, washer worked straight away. I paid around 25% of the price I would've needed to pay if I bought both new. A year and a half later, they are still going strong. I'd recommend this store for people on a budget. Given the prices and their ability to deliver, I am not sure you can find much better.”
