   Non professional not helpful and rude people I am a builder I shop from riverside B&q they are so helpful I am working at Netherfield just across the street I thought to go this B&q cause it’s near they wasted my 2 hours they are suppose to help people who bring business not to run them away I will never enter to Netherfied b&q ever again in my life

   Workers in this store harassed me for being on my own, and did not let me walk freely around in the store without looking at any products. I hate this b and q, DO NOT RECOMMEND, if you want to be harassed by workers.

   Saturday November 8th 2025 Most unhelpful staff, more interested in mobile phone rather than helping customers. Self checkout very slow or not woking so I asked assistant for help who was sitting on the end of the next till, all he said it's slow can't you see the circle is going round then he returned to sit down on the end of the next till on his phone or whatever, still having problems with scanning while he was still sitting there no doubt recovering from the night before or planning the night ahead, so when he has finished sorting out his personal life he can do what he is paid for by starting to Put back the items I was unable to purchase. Please feel free to reply

   I went twice in a week to Netherfield branch. The first time was for advice, which I received from the lovely Kerren. On my second visit I was quite anxious about choosing kitchen cupboards,doors etc. I hoped Kerren would be there again. She was! Kerren and Karen B helped me navigate what I needed. Being Neurodivergent I struggle making decisions and at times panic. I flapped a few times and sat down to gather myself, Kerren and KarenB helped put me at ease and supported and helped me with my choices. I had financial limits so their help was really needed. I gave my thanks and said that I really appreciated their help. If it were not for them I'd probably still be crying about my unfinished kitchen. Well done to both of you and also thanks to Ian the Manager!

   Staff are rude for no reason. Not the best B&Q. Much more friendly and helpful at riverside retail park. Unfortunately it's further away for me so do still shop there.

   Wow what a huge shop. Lots of stuff. As it is Christmas time they were selling in their garden only Christmas stuff. Huge variety of stuff. They have everything u need at home.
