   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Martin highly enough. My washing machine had been making a very loud banging noise whenever I put a load on, and with it being Christmas and having guests coming over, I needed it fixed urgently. Unfortunately, the BEKO contact centre was closed for the holidays. We found Martin and messaged him, and within an hour he replied and arranged a time to attend. He arrived promptly and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within minutes. The washing machine is now working perfectly again. Thanks to Martin, there’s no pile of dirty washing over Christmas!    I filled out the online form and received a call the following morning, Martin was then was able to come that morning, fix my oven (element needing replacing) and left, all in 20 minutes.
