   Just checked with neighbouring business and they confirmed that the Appliance People have gone bust. If you bought your stuff with a credit card you are protected by section 75 of the consumer credit act from £100-£30,000. If you used a debit card you can try making a claim via Chargeback, you have up to 120 days to do this from purchase date. We did a bank transfer so lost it all, I hope others have better luck getting your money back.

   Ordered an oven and cooker hood in November last year. They said they're happy to keep the order in storage until we need them in March. Called them 2 weeks ago to arrange delivery. Said the items would arrive in time. Called them again last week as I hadn't had a delivery update. Again, told me they would be delivered in time. Now I'm unable to contact them via phone, email or chat. Will be asking for a refund and contacting my bank.

   I was happy with the service when everything was online. I received one damaged item and it took over a month for them to rectify the issue… And two days off work to wait for the repairers instead of just replacing the item…. I would never use them again…. It’s just the honest truth….

   We bought an induction hob from the appliance people. It became faulty just leading up to Christmas and a manufacturers engineer visit could not repair at the time and needed another part ordering and it would be in the new year. We spoke to Nigel Clark who was able to send us another hob next day (23rd DEC) so we were able to feed our family and fiends on Christmas day. We will arrange for return of faulty hob and sort out warranty on the replacement. Helped us out of a real pickle Excellent service. Many thanks.

   Absolutely amazing! My tumble dryer broke. I ordered the Blomberg LTK28031G at 11am and it was in my kitchen ready to use in less than 24 Hours! Delivery team were great, Appliance people provided great communication. Tumble dryer is perfect and works great.

   One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. We bought over £5,000 of kitchen appliances from them for our new build and they were able to arrange split deliveries for us at no extra charge. They were also very helpful in supplying all the requested invoices, new product data sheets etc. Always available on the phone and knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. Will use them again without hesitation.

   I am so impressed with Appliance People. Thank you so much for my lovely new Induction cooker. The first cooker had a fault and you guys sorted it out within 24 hours. The delivery guys were great and made sure that it was placed just at the right spot for installation. They have done a great job and I am really thankful. Special thanks to Nigel and Rhys who helped co-ordinate the delivery and exchange. Well done!

   In the January sales of 2019 we ordered our dream kitchen. It's still not finished. Let down countless times by the fitter to finish it off and now in January 2020 we are still waiting for it to be finished off. Don't get me wrong the majority of its done and usable but we are still waiting for the finishing touches to be done like a door handle, a trim strip, door hinges on extractor and sealing on worktops.
