“We purchased a 7ft Arkwright table and bench in December 2021 along with some shelves. The quality of the product is exceptional. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and he really cares about his furniture quality and finish. The table was delivered and built in our kitchen and Chris offered advice on maintaining the finish of the wood. 2.5 years later we purchased another bench with a back to go with the table as we loved the first bench so much and preferred it to the chairs we bought to go with the table. It’s been delivered today and we are beyond pleased with it. I cannot recommend this company enough. The furniture is built to last and is not just practical but also stunning.”

Stella has been amazing in her expert advice and support. She provides a bespoke service and ensures every detail is perfect. She has a good eye for detail, design and colour. The communication with IBKS is always prompt and clear. Stella is always open to listen to my ideas and opinions and is very patient with me with my questions. The showroom is so lovely and me and mum must have visited about 10 times! We have so many comments on pieces in the bathrooms and we love our downstairs WC. It really looks like a statement room. “I went twice in a week to Netherfield branch. The first time was for advice, which I received from the lovely Kerren. On my second visit I was quite anxious about choosing kitchen cupboards,doors etc. I hoped Kerren would be there again. She was! Kerren and Karen B helped me navigate what I needed. Being Neurodivergent I struggle making decisions and at times panic. I flapped a few times and sat down to gather myself, Kerren and KarenB helped put me at ease and supported and helped me with my choices. I had financial limits so their help was really needed. I gave my thanks and said that I really appreciated their help. If it were not for them I'd probably still be crying about my unfinished kitchen.
