My parents had their bathroom done prior to my mum having surgery. Stella and Kev talked them through all the options and some we hadn't thought of. The fitters was polite, tidy and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. First rate service and after care.
We have used the services of IBKS on 2 occasions. What is impressive is the amount of time spent to design and plan the best solution in line with the customer's wishes. While working on our bathroom Ian encountered a major plumbing problem. Ian and Kevin were able to implement a solution to the problem with the minimum of fuss or disruption. We are thrilled with the way our bathroom has been rejuvenated to an extremely high standard.
Thanks to Stella and Kevin at IBKS for their brilliant service. We renovated all our bathrooms and we purchased numerous pieces for our main bathroom and ensuite. Stella designed our downstairs WC. Stella has been amazing in her expert advice and support. She provides a bespoke service and ensures every detail is perfect. She has a good eye for detail, design and colour. The communication with IBKS is always prompt and clear. Stella is always open to listen to my ideas and opinions and is very patient with me with my questions. The showroom is so lovely and me and mum must have visited about 10 times! We have so many comments on pieces in the bathrooms and we love our downstairs WC. It really looks like a statement room. I would highly recommend them :)
Very disappointed with this company. Although Stella was very nice to talk to. Then came Kevin on the day of my appointment. We talked about what I wanted and my budget and I asked to see samples of coverings but he had nothing to show me which I thought was strange. Proceeded to look at my bathroom and said he'd come to take measurements and would email everything to me. That was almost 3-4 weeks ago and I never heard from him again. Very disappointed. Not because I am so young do not judge me by my appearance. I wanted a walk in bathroom to support my changing needs and yet I was left hanging. All the reviews are not a reflection of the service I received which is why I can only give 1* I didn't realise that people stereotypically think you have to be old to be in need. I felt seriously let down as a previous company was putting pressure on me to make a decision on a 16k over priced quote but I wanted to do a comparison first. So it's back to the drawing board for me. So thanks IBKS.
I am writing this review of behalf of my parents, who recently had their bathroom completely refitted to a wet room. This was to enable my disabled mother and 83-year-old father full access to bathing facilities and to ensure they would be able to keep their dignity in their twilight years. The whole process with Innovative Bathroom & Kitchen Solutions couldn’t have been better, they held my parents hands all the way through the process and whenever a problem arose Kevin and Stella were there with honest advice and support. The bathroom fitters Ian and Lewis were very professional and always ensured any signs of them was cleared up at the end of each day. Due to my parents’ electrics, there was a need for some new wiring the electrician who attended was very methodical and made my parents feel safe and secure in the electrics in their home. On behalf of my parents and myself thank you for making the whole process easy 5 stars all round.
Thanks to all the team at IBKS. We love our new bathroom. Kevin's design for a new layout was just what we wanted and Stella helped us with product choices to coordinate colours and finishes. The installation team were great too and finished everything to an excellent standard.
Without doubt one of the best companies I have dealt with. Aging knees dictated the time had come to replace the bath with a shower and the service we received from IBKS throughout the planning and installation was exemplary. The plans were drawn and submitted within a couple of days and the installation took three. The cost was reasonable and Ian and Lewis did a first class job of installation, always cleaning up after each day. My thanks also to Stella for her assistance in the showroom and Kevin for the design. If you want a new bathroom or kitchen give them a call, I'm sure you will be satisfied.
Needed a shower enclosure in super quick time after being let down badly by another bathroom company. After ringing and speaking with Stella, she was able to supply and deliver within 2 days. Stella emailed us early on the day of delivery to give us the bad news that the enclosure had been supplied to them damaged, so the delivery wouldn't be happening when we expected but Stella then contacted us to say that she could supply a different enclosure at a higher cost but there would be no extra cost to us, although it would be a couple of days later. The enclosure arrived extremely well packed and early in the morning giving us time to tile the shower area ready for installation. we could not be more impressed with the service we received and we would highly recommend Innovative Bathrooms.
