Disappointing experience with Eddys.We bought a bunk bed for the boys along with 2 mattresses and the plank on the upper bed broke within 4 days of my younger one sleeping on it.He weighs just 22 kgs and they said bed would hold upto a 100kgs. After a lot of follow up with phone calls and msgs they just delivered a plank for us to fit ourselves which is also not of good quality.These planks have knots (brown patches)in the wood which is a weak point and they break there.The ones delivered now also is of same quality.My fear is it's gonna give way soon too.Their pricing is not that low..you would get better quality elsewhere for a slightly higher price.

Bought all of our beds from eddy's, always great quality and prices and the delivery guys helped us get them upstairs so we were really happy.
i have had 2 beds from eddys. two beds of which i beleived to be excellent standard. we have had our double bed less than 3 months and the divan base has gone in. this is not a great standard as expected. i have since messaged eddys beds and had no response despite them having read it. we are now over 200 pound down and a bed we cannot really use in fear of falling through. update! eddys have been in touch and promised to order a new bed base.. when the new bed base was delivered it was alot stronger than the previous one. we then realised the bottom base was going in also and eddy said he would order a new one. when they came to deliver it they had ordered one without the extra draws that we paid for. when questioning this eddy refused to change the base to one with draws and said he would not replace it unless i took the one without. i am completely disguisted considering we paid good money and the mattress wasn't very ckever either and is going already. thoroughly disappointing. I'd pay a little more and go else where if I'm honest.
Just bought my second bed in 5 years. First bed is still going strong. Lovely divan. My new bed is just great. Excellent value for both. Honest pricing. Quick delivery - less than 24 hours. No waiting around at home, they called me when they said they would so I could do the delivery in my lunch hour. The delivery guys were great. They offered to assemble the bed but I did it myself. You won't regret it. Support local traders. Keep it up Eddy. Keep the prices low still. B
