   Yesterday my family and I visited Hammonds Store. We were very impressed by the quality of products and the welcoming of the owner of the shop. Super professional and friendly, he did explain every aspect of the products they sell. I definitely would recommend this shop.

   My Mum and I visited Hammonds today, by sheer chance. We were looking for bathroom furniture, as we walked by Hammonds the shop front window looked impressive, I would have walked on however my Mum wanted to go in, and I am pleased we did because their hospitality in this store is just LOVELY!. As we walked in we were welcomed by Debbie and Peter, Debbie spoke with me first while Peter showed my Mum around the showroom. Then Mum and I chatted with both Debbie and Peter towards the end of our visit. Whilst I was with Debbie she asked me what I was looking for and explained in detail their range and what they can do regarding maximising space in your hallways, boot rooms, bedrooms and living rooms. This store is really big on stylish clever storage solutions, their showroom is impressive and it was nice to see such a wide variation in store rather than online. Their knowledge of what they do and what they can offer is strong which is what you'd expect, however its their warm sincere, genuine customer service skills, hospitality, and their interpersonal skills, that made a really strong impression with me. I liked it so much Mum and I had a conversation over dinner together with my husband about, what we can do to renovate our bedroom and dressing room as they offer a no obligation designing service. I will definitely be returning back to this store with my husband to discuss designing my bedroom and dressing room, I look forward to meeting you both again to discuss further. Thank you both Debbie and Peter.

   Visited the Nottingham store to look at different wardrobe designs as we wanted to look at the store as it was recommended to us. We travelled from Manchester to visit and it was very worthwhile to be able to see the products as it was harder to judge from the brochure. We had our design from the designer and wanted to make sure we were using the best space. Both members of staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the products and were very helpful and this helped us progress choosing a design and colour. Would definitely recommend a visit to this store.

   Tom & I have been searching for a fitted bedroom for a while and Hammond’s customer service was excellent. We went into the Nottingham Showroom and were very impressed with their knowledge and guidance. We even had the opportunity to speak to a bedroom designer who pointed us in the right direction after explaining our ideas. We had initially looked online and booked a consultation but we found that going into the store significantly helped our decision making.    Peter and Debbie (store assistants) we're both very welcoming and helpful. Thanks for the hot drink! Great to actually see the product and colour options in store. The Hammonds website photos don't give a clear enough views of the doors colours and textures, handles in my opinion. Good to test the product in person, opening the doors etc.
