She gave recommendations and what she thought which was really helpful. She was down to earth and had our interests at heart. Because of her we placed the order and would recommend her to anyone.”

I was blown away from start to finish with the distinction in service from this company compared to the previous 3. “Finally bit the bullet and had our new kitchen designed and fit by Twenty20. And we are thrilled with the results! We have quite an awkward kitchen space, but feel that Richard has excelled in his design, particularly in the dining side of the kitchen. Richard has been easily contactable from start to finish, and has also been on site most days, along with Mark and Paul the fitters who were punctual and friendly. Any minor issues were dealt with quickly and not really a problem at all. The kitchen is no longer the room where we would be itching to get out of as quickly as possible, but a comfortable, spacious kitchen that works so much better for us as a family, for cooking and also for chilling and having downtime. “We had a great experience with Amber Kitchens when we had a complete new kitchen and utility fitted with new oven, hob and extractor. At the planning stage they gave useful advice and were happy to use suppliers we found for items like the floor tiles and a tap for the guest toilet. Their tradespeople were all second to none with the quality of their workmanship. Luke fitted the kitchen, Alex and ‘Diamond’ Luke did all the electrical work ( including some extra work that was needed) and Dave did the tiling. And they were all such friendly people so it was a pleasure to see them each morning. Everything was well planned to cause the least disruption and it all fell into place beautifully. It was a much more personal service than one of the big companies and I am happy we made the right choice with Amber Kitchens. We are very happy with our new kitchen.”

“Few weeks ago, we had repeated problems with our washing machine bought in July and under warranty. The shop was very supportive and everything was solved thanks to them (they made phone calls, and had another product for us if the brand engineer could not sort it out). They are so professional, always take time to listen to you and prepared to go the extra mile just for you . All my purchases will be with them in the future.”

“Went to buy some garden furniture for our son and his girlfriend and the staff were really helpful and helped us to pick the right thing for them. We ended up buying extra things while we were there as well and will definitely be going again to get more things. Much bigger shop than the Kingswinford branch, so more to see. They regularly change items in the shop as well. Be aware, some items are one offs, so you'd need to decide to buy it there and then. My wife went in and a couple of days later a lot of the things she had seen had been sold, which would be an issue if you really loved an item.”

“If you are having your bathroom done or need anything bathroom related you MUST visit this little hidden gem. The showroom is stunning with plenty of choice, all products are 1st class in quality. The staff are lovely and Darren is just amazing! He took all the pressure off in terms of choosing the right items because he really knows his stuff and is just so approachable, nothing was too much trouble for him no matter how many questions we had. Our fitter Kevin was amazing too, he was booked for us through Tippers so again the pressure was off. Kevin did a 1st class job, he left no mess, he worked so hard and was a pleasure to have in our home. We are over the moon with our whole new bathroom it is EXACTLY how we wanted it and it was done so quickly completely stress free. I cannot recommend Tippers enough, the service is just out of this world and we did not get this anywhere else when we began our search. Pay them a visit you definitely wont be disappointed. “They have some nice, good quality wardrobes, more designs in the catalogue too. Sam was very helpful in showing us the different options and taking the time to explain everything. Was hesitant to make a purchase however since the furniture is flat pack and with assembly the wardrobe we wanted goes out of our budget. Can't fault the customer service at all, hope the business does well.”

Ordered triple wardrobe, drawers and bedside table in Grey to match Son's current bedroom furniture. Received a phone call 1 hour before delivery so didn't have to sit in waiting. Delivery guys were fantastic despite delivering quite late at night, still friendly, polite and very careful when carrying the furniture into the room requested, really great guys despite facing a very long drive home late at night. “It was a wonderful process getting our kitchen designed at Wren Wolverhampton, Sangha was just amazing at understanding our needs and what we needed to get done and his input was very helpful and valuable to us. Sangha was extremely well at communicating the ideas and making sure it met our comfort whilst also looking good; as well as being patient and having multiple back and forth meetings until we were able to finalise our final design and we must say we now love it. It wasn’t just a kitchen fit – it was a complete transformation of the space. The team knocked down the wall between the old kitchen and dining room, bricked up the original doorway, levelled the floors (which had been at different heights), and even dug through the concrete to reconfigure the pipework as the radiators needed moving.
