   It was a wonderful process getting our kitchen designed at Wren Wolverhampton, Sangha was just amazing at understanding our needs and what we needed to get done and his input was very helpful and valuable to us. Sangha was extremely well at communicating the ideas and making sure it met our comfort whilst also looking good; as well as being patient and having multiple back and forth meetings until we were able to finalise our final design and we must say we now love it. The delivery was punctual and smooth, replacements were quick. Will definitely be consulting Sangha for any new future kitchen project as he was just brilliant. Thanks for tolerating my family's endless questions, your utmost patience and advice, thank you Sangha!

   Had an excellent experience at the Wren Wolverhampton store. We dealt with Sangha and found him to have a laid back sales approach which we prefer - the hard sales pitches just puts us off so this was a good approach for us! He was very patient with us, even when we came back a 2nd time to finalise and made multiple changes…. One time he even finished work 1 hour late so he could finalise our kitchen & utility! He also was available via WhatsApp for any questions or changes we wanted to make which really added to the service given. Delivery was great, the men stored all 100+ boxes neatly and there was only one damaged item which was very easily replaced via the app and arrived a few days later! We used our own fitter (family friend) who has fitted many Wren kitchens and he didn’t encounter any problems whatsoever. We have been using our kitchen for a few days now and are very happy with it! From the design to the appliances, everything is perfect and we’re so pleased to have our dream kitchen! Thanks again Sangha :)

   I'm sharing my recent purchase of my kitchen from Wren at the wolverhampton branch. I am totally thrilled by the whole experience Firstly my designer was Sangha and I have to say he is such a lovely person and very patient as I must of changed my mind about a million times on colours layout and cupboards sangha was amazing going through every detail with me. He would try different layouts and colour schemes and designed my dream kitchen he was great. He would check everything would fit and look right making sure things were spot on. Also the delivery of my kitchen was spot on the guys were very respectful of my property and delivery items. If you are thinking of a new kitchen pop into the wolverhampton branch and ask for Sangha you will not be disappointed. Thank you Sangha at wren wolverhampton

   Before visiting Wren in Wolverhampton, we’d heard a mix of good and bad reviews, but we decided to see for ourselves what they had to offer. As soon as we arrived, I fell in love with so many kitchens—the variety of styles made me question my own choices, and for a moment, I wished my budget was much bigger than it actually was! That’s when we met Mohammed Khan (Mij), who was fantastic from start to finish. He really took the time to listen to us, asking thoughtful questions and always making sure we were choosing exactly what we wanted and needed—even down to the smallest details like the wine cooler, ovens, tap, and cabinet handles. Mij was always happy to help, allowing us to make multiple changes and offering helpful advice on the finer points. It truly felt like he enjoyed designing our kitchen as much as we did. He went above and beyond to help us create a kitchen that fits our family and stays within our budget. We would absolutely recommend Wren—especially Mij, who guided us through every step of the process. Thank you, Mij!

   I had an amazing experience at Wren. Mij was incredible; he was excellent in his knowledge, very professional, patient, and really supported me through the whole process from start to finish. And had a great sense of humour to help my nerves along the way! He also gave me some excellent ideas and suggestions when designing my dream kitchen.    Choose another place. They'll promise you the world to get your money. But once they have it.. Omg so confusing as the store says 1 thing but what actually happened was something completely different. This is just a sample of the problems we have had.. Timings for delivery just add 4months So wren's is supposed to Co ordinate the installers to delivery of items to worktop team to installation of it but it was so out of sync.. It was a complete joke. Very poorly Co ordinated and I am very disappointed with the level of service. But there are great styles available and quality of material is very good Delivery of items was quickly resolved ONCE we got through the customer service phone number.. But omg you need to wait at least 30 mins, so do it wheb you are cooking dinner then they'll pick up The quartz team is a bit better but do not expect them to fix errors that they have done.. No no, it has to be you, no one has any initiative to help anyone, really sad level of service. After doing a lot of digging, I am not a 1 off customer, this is imbeded in the wrens culture, and the store manager, well the turn over rate at that store is mega high so you can see that workers there are over worked and they do not have time to take care of their customer as that is out sourced to keep costs down.. But no coordinator from UK to do the phone calls for you.. No, your time is way less important than theirs so you so the phone calls for their mistakes. Store manager even said that they give me a temporary sink which was just a very small rectangle with a massive hole.. So umm what about the rest of my counter.. Oh that is right.. You got the wrong dimensions so I had to wait 4months and each day calling the customer service team for a lying update.. Yup lots of lies and fake promises so please throw your money and time away as they will gladly take it from your life. If you still want to use this store or any others.. You have just won the Darwin award.. Well done!

   Scott at Wren provided a dedicated, professional service when we redesigned our kitchen. We felt no pressure when designing and he was really helpful with regards to our space, what would fit and symmetry/overall look. We are absolutely in love with our new kitchen and appreciated all the hands on drive from the team from design, to delivery planning, delivery and product checking.    Wren have been the best company I have used, probably ever, but certainly in the last 5 years when compared to Anglian, Hillary's, Sharps, Kingston Cabinets, Howdens and others. Very easy to deal with. Sent my enquiry. They came back with some kitchen ideas, invited us to the show room, free coffee, biscuits, relaxed appointement, iterated through many designs. The cost kept falling as offers occured through the year. On delivery it was planned, well communicated what I needed to prepare and when. The fitter was brilliant, very very skilled. Cut parts to fit, drilled through brick for new water waste outlet, filled all old holes, and filled a few legacy holes, connected water to new sink and washing machine space. With spare space he expanded on the design and installed a couple of tray racks at the end of run where there was space. The worktop had a lot of cutouts and they all look like they were machined. There isnt anything I can fault them on.
