   All thanks to Jean who works at the Wolverhampton store. She helped us make the correct choice of matress based on my recent back issues. I even tried the matress match machine to see where the pressure points on my body were in relation to the matress. It reaffirmed Jean's knowledge of what we needed. So full marks to Jean, who was not only professional but very pleasant indeed.

   I visited on a Sunday and was warmly hosted by Lisa, who did a fantastic job walking me through all the details. Her deep knowledge of the products we discussed was immediately evident. She was patient, kind, helpful, and empathetic—taking the time to go over everything as many times as I needed. Lisa truly went above and beyond, and her support made the experience exceptional. She was amazing.

   Recently bought three beds (two singles and one double) from Benson Beds in Wolverhampton. We were served by Jean, who was absolutely fantastic.    We had an excellent experience with Bensons - only popped into this store as we were passing and wanted to try out a Tempur mattress. Looked after and advised brilliantly by Jean, so we ordered a new mattress at a fab price and since then communication and delivery surpassed expectations - highly recommend the team at Bensons for Beds.

   We ordered 2 double beds and 3 bedside cabinets but on our invoice only two was quoted and we didn't notice until everything was delivered. Samara at the store gave us a brilliant service and the two delivery man were very professional. We have since reordered the last bedside table.

   Good service and the reps weren't pushy for sales. We went away and come back after doing our homework on the mattress that was right for us and managed a bargain for the quality of Mattress we have received only criticism is how long we had to wait for delivery.

   Bilston Road store used in Wolverhampton to which to received a friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble attitude as we had absolutely no clue as to what we were after. Delivery timing was absolutely spot on, the lads were friendly and more than helpful. Really, really positive experience and can't recommend enough! I'd love to of been able to mention the ladies name in store as she was a credit to the company and extremely friendly and full of advise! Once again, thankyou!
