   We have ordered a sofa set along with a coffee table to be delivered yesterday, reason being we had guests in the house today. And the day of purchase they assured us that everything will be delivered on time. However they delivered only the sofa set and not the coffee table. While we requested (to the manager named Ajay) several times through emails and phone calls to get the coffee table delivered today to our address which is less than 5 mins drive from ScS as we do not have a car, he did not care about our request at all after number of times we requested given multiple feasible options, he had been extremely unprofessional, made silly excuses and refused to deliver the coffee table. We have never experienced such a rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, worse customer service ever before. Not recommended at all.

   Do not buy from SCS. Shocking product that broke after 5 month and even worse customer care. Booked in for sofa to be repaired within 48hr. 3 days and still waiting. Can’t speak to anybody as call wait is 260 minutes. Rang at 10am opening time pressed for call back 1 1/2 later still not heard nothing. Please don’t buy from them, I can’t stress enough how poor the product and service is

   LOVELY STAFF MEMBER! So you see, Even though it's a "niche" interest, I am obsessed with lifts, and the store was going to be refurbished. The first floor had absolutely nothing on it, so I respectfully asked if I could ride the lift for a YouTube video on one of my other accounts, and he let me have a ride in the lift!

   Just borough our new sofa from scs today. Overall experience was outstanding. Was served by Mr. Brendan who gave us plenty of time to choose the right sofa and helped us save over £2k.. He is an amazing personality, so calm even when we took ages to decide. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

   When I first moved into my own home 12 years ago I had my first sofa from scs , and it has lasted up until now. My husband and I decided it was time for a upgrade. So we went into store , coincidentally when there was a sale. Had a good browse around. Staff allowed us to take as long as we wanted , they weren't forceful. They left us to it. And we left with 2 sofas for a bargain price. I cannot fault SCS the sofas are long lasting and worth the price. I would highly recommend this store and the service we have received xx

   The service from shop was great but our sofa is only 3 months old and has developed faults. A seat has settled and it creaks. A technician came out and advised we do not sit on the settled seat and use the good one (yes, he really said this!) as it is within their parameters according to his report, he could not do anything about the creaking as this was not reported. I had to report again and a 2nd technician came out on same day and founds springs at fault but it has been 5 days and still waiting to hear from this report. We took out the extended warranty which is not worth the paper it is written on. Sofas from SCS are an investment but spend your money wisely as SCS sofas are no longer quality or durable.

   We got the chair we wanted with ease. The salesman was friendly and showed us around the options, no pressure. He then left us alone to try the chairs out. Delivery was as promised, lovely chair, really comfortable and happy with the price, which was discounted.
