   I called PowerPoint on Christmas Eve morning about an issue with my washing machine, and within just 90 minutes an engineer was at my home and had it fully repaired. It’s so refreshing to receive such excellent service, and Mark, the PowerPoint repair man, was absolutely brilliant.    Recently purchased an electric built-in oven with a gas hob above from PowerPoint Oakengates. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. The services included a home visit to take dimensions ensuring the correct appliances were ordered. The two installation visits in January and February were professionally carried out and the goods work perfectly. We recommend this company for any domestic appliance needs and the Oakengates showroom is worth a visit.

   Few weeks ago, we had repeated problems with our washing machine bought in July and under warranty. The shop was very supportive and everything was solved thanks to them (they made phone calls, and had another product for us if the brand engineer could not sort it out). They are so professional, always take time to listen to you and prepared to go the extra mile just for you . All my purchases will be with them in the future.

   Well what can one say about the staff at PowerPoint Oakengates. Through no fault of my own, back in July I purchased a 60cm cooker for delivery at a later date. We had decided to change our kitchen worktops and have a new cooker. I was then informed by the kitchen fitter that I could not have a 60cm. So off to the shop I go, Natalie said no problem at all, she refunded the difference so I went back to a 50cm cooker. We were then let down by the kitchen fitter and had to find someone else to do the job. The new fitter explained if we changed the design of the kitchen I could have a 60cm cooker. So for the third time I went back and paid the extra to have the size I wanted in the first place. Once again the staff were so obliging and understanding. No way would you get this sort of service from a large company, if I could give them 10 stars I would. I have had many items from PowerPoint in the past and have always received good customer service. Finally tomorrow I will be taking delivery of my 60cm cooker. Thank you all for your wonderful customer service

   Booked a cooker repair 10.30 this morning. Call dealt with efficiently and covid arrangements were discussed. They managed to fit the job in today and problem fixed by 4.30, for the price of the call out fee (on this occasion) Great service. The engineer was very polite, wore face covering and maintained social distancing where possible. Great service. Will use again and would recommend.
