   Dark, dingy, freezing cold store that is in desperate need of a spruce up. No staff to be found, not even at the checkout, where the queue was very long while everyone completed self service, including security tag removal devices that customers have to use for themselves. Some products arent bad but the appearance of the store is awful and customer service is non existent

   I visited the Telford store yesterday, I have to say I don't know how the staff work there. As it was freezing in the store. Maybe there was a fault with the heating. If it is just to cut costs, the management should be ashamed of themselves.
