   James was so helpful and understanding. I was having a bit of a nightmare with a pair of shoes and had a lot of queries regarding them but he had patience with me and took his time going through things with me. Very much appreciated.

   I was looked at by 2 members of staff like a criminal for not being able to remember an old postcode when collecting my click and collect parcel. They reluctantly gave me the parcel. I tried to update my postcode on my online account when I got home and was unable to as it wouldn't recognise my postcode and so I had to waste 35 minutes on the phone to get my address updated to avoid having problems in the future. Not happy with how I was treated in store or with the online service not allowing my address to be updated!

   Extremely limited and terrible selection of stock. It's all mixed with no rhyme or reason. No available staff members. I appreciate they are tasked with doing jobs around the store but having no one in multiple sections is a joke.

   Visited the Forge Retail Park NEXT at approx 11am on Thursday 6th June. For such a large store there was only 1 member of staff to be found. A couple we met were waiting by a counter with the someone waiting chime going continually for about 15 minutes. To try and help them I went looking for staff and the only one I found was a lady on a till on the far side of the shop. She was busy serving. The chiming from the far side could not be heard at this distance and even it could have been she was to busy to move. I worked in retail for 25 years and I have never seen such poor service.

   A clean and tidy store despite being busy the queues were short and the young man who served us was excellent and went out of his way to find the pieces I was looking for in my size. I was really impressed soo took a photo of him if you need help he’s the one to ask… excellent service x

   0 stars never stop here terrible customer service …. I am unbelievably appalled the customer service I received today was outrageous… I went to hand back some clothes as I didn’t like them the lady said they was wet and started speaking to me like a pile of trash the clothes were not wet .. they have never been worn and was still in the bag they were just cold from being in a contained clean bag in the car … the lady started sniffing them and feeling them then the lady took them over to the manager and they were both sniffing the clothes at the check out whilst they were dealing with another customer … I felt absolutely uncomfortable and made to feel like I was taken a fool of… I can say I will never in my life be shopping here again and that’s a shame as there is nice clothes I personally expect a apology I feel like this was completely out of order

   Went past the Next store on Thursday 05 November 2020 , the first day of England's lockdown number 2. Although the Next store is closed to visiting customers it has a desk in the doorway so customers ordering online can collect their goods. ( See photo) Took our thin 6ft 6in son there to buy some jeans - a really good choice of quality jeans. The customer assistant was very supportive and the choice of sizes and fittings for our son was very good. We bought a pair after 15 minutes and will certainly use this store again.

   Excellent place of our Victorian history. Lots to see and learn. Great day out. Fab fish and chips. Go see an 1888 Lloyds bank and change some money. Museum ticket covers all the 10 sites for best value. Highly Recommend.

   Visited the in store Costa and had a look around the Next store. The Next store is well stocked with a good range of home products. The only downside to the visit was the fact the Costa was unable to process card transactions.... fortunately I had cash!
