   Visited Telford store on 14/06/25. It was lots of dust and rubbish in the changing rooms. The floor was covered by items removed from shelves between 2 ailands . Mention that to the cashier, and the answer was "we are busy" . Probably it would take 1 minute to pick them up from the floor and put them on the side . I did not fancy to buy anything from the floor. I am not surprised people would prefer only shopping. :(

   My daughter brought some joggers from here and she wanted the next size up so take the joggers up too the till n the woman went n got manger as the label was a little ribbed n I said it was like that when we brought them n she was arguing with me saying they wasnt she was very rude n said to the girl at till just exchange them n slammed them down n walked off won't be going there again with staff like that.

   Visited Telford store today, changing rooms hadn't been checked, cleaned let alone hoovered out! Dust & debris all over floor. Trying to keep own clothes clean from dust & debris let alone clothes I was trying on!

   Friendly, helpful staff. Beware if making a special journey having checked stock/size availability online. The stock information takes 24 hours to update, apparently. In my case, online said my chosen product was in stock. It wasn't.

   Visited the store in Telford. Always find their sizing good for me. I'm fairly small normally 8/10 depending on fit. Like to visit their stores when possible.

   Much Prefer the old H&M store in Telford. Now they no longer stock the quality of LOOG clothes for a maturer customer. Nothing here for me anymore, it,s cheap bland non quality clothing for a teenage generation.

   Like M&S and Zara good products have only XL max size. XXL size is available only for poor material clothing. Probably fat people are discriminated.

   Mostly great quality and low cost!! Really like the diversity and variation of options in this shop. The quality against cost is mostly fantastic value for money, lots of outfit completing items to be found here. Casual wear, sports wear, smart/dress wear for so many occasions. They even have a home section consisting of soft furnishings, stylish decor... If you haven't been, take a peak inside, I guarantee you'll be surprised with some finds.
