   I have to change feedback and rating I've left few months ago. Both this particular shop and Scotts as the company don't look after customers. They offered me home delivery because they hadn't had trainers in my size. They made me staying at home whole Sunday and Monday waiting for nothing. When I rang them a week later I was told that they hadn't had my size in stock. No phone call, no text message, no email. I had to go back to shop to get my money back but I didn't get what I paid for delivery. I was told that they can't refund delivery cost so basically I paid for delivery which never had a place. It was only one pound and it's not about money but looking at whole country how many unsuccessful deliveries people paid for. What taxman says about this kind of profit? In shop in Telford there is blonde young woman who gave herself maximum score for quality of service. She lied to me saying she is making card terminal ready to use and she pressed 9 which was max for question how satisfied I was with her service. Tricky.

   Worst shop in Telford. They gave me wrong size took back to shop within a hour refused to change size because there shorts. Don't use this shop because they won't refund even if damaged.

   Bought £140 boss trainers from here that leak in water the quality is rubbish as is the customer services young kids answering phones with no customers services training best avoiding this shop and go to Primark all made in the same countries? China'india Boss trainers my arse

   Be very careful what you buy here we have had a very expensive experience here at Scotts Telford don't think branded goods are what they seem to be. Will never shop at this store again. Very unhelpful.
