She was patient and very experienced helping me adapt to my wishes and spent hrs with me in the shop helping me finalise the design on the shop floor. She was curious, very knowledgeable and had an amazing service attitude. I cannot wait for installation day. Bonus: I was able to figure out where radiators sockets etc needed to go.”

We did the usual google search and visits to other kitchen companies and had mixed results but certainly nothing that got us thinking to invest. I have a creative flare and sometimes my ideas of what I wanted the space to do were a bit out there. We were met with responses like - our software doesn't let us design it that way, thats not standard, thats too bespoke, our kitchen fitters won't be able to do that or even worse one company doubled their original estimate. Thats when I reached out to the team at DK&I. Design is clearly what they specialise in, then making it both functional, practical and taking into account budget. We selected this beautiful German manufactured kitchen. We have sliding larger cupboards on the back wall to hide away appliances but with the countertops able to flow through into them. We incorporated LED lighting and some oak accents for the breakfast bar and shelves on a wrap around section. The DK&I team were great. Delivery went smoothly although it was a lot of stuff as it was all prebuilt. A special mention to Dave who was the main installer that worked on our kitchen. Very polite and very tidy. Projects like this don't come without a few little snagging issues but with DK&I this wasn't an issue. The team onsite relayed to the project manager any issues that they spotted and solutions were enacted without me having to engage. We had only a couple of small issues, a missing bin and a scratch on one of the doors. No issue, replaced and fitted asap. We are super pleased with the work the team did and would definitely recommend DK&I to anyone thinking of getting a kitchen that they can be proud of.”

Richard helped bring our vision into reality and had some really innovative and practical ideas . Communication from Richard and Helene has been excellent throughout . The quality of units and price also very good. Very impressed with post completion assistance , when we had a burst pipe , long after installation (nothing to do with Kutchenhaus) .
