   Arrived and got a nice welcome from the lady at front desk but then went up stairs to look at their kitchens as we are wanting a new kitchen for our house renovation, when we went up stairs there was two girls standing speaking to each other and they did say hi but that was that and we carried on to view all there displays and spent about a good half hour just wondering around hoping one of the girls would ask if we wanted any assistance but only one girl came over after we started pulling samples out and asked if we need a hand and the attitude was terrible like she couldn’t be bothered with us we told her what we wanted and we had pictures but all she was interested in was to get £100!!! For her to give us any information. We have been viewing a lot of kitchen at different companies and they have all been so helpful and not charge to design or show us there kitchens. This place is a joke and with an attitude like that I can’t see them selling much kitchens with this attitude. I will never be stepping back into this place which is sad as it wasn’t just a kitchen we require it’s also two bathroom suites but I will be going else where!!!!!

   Stunning bathrooms and kitchens that you are unlikely to see anywhere else. Huge range of products on display and available to order. Service is friendly but not pressured. If you are looking for luxury products and service, this is the place to go.

   We recently got a new kitchen from Laings and are delighted with the entire process & end result. From the start Fiona the designer was very attentive, she listened to our likes & dislikes and tailor designed a kitchen perfect for our style & needs (We had previously gone elsewhere for a consultation and felt that the kitchen they designed was a generic kitchen that didn’t feel unique to us at all! ) We were kept up to date by Corrina who was on hand to answer any questions and Davie who fitted the kitchen was an impeccable joiner & extremely hard working. Everyone involved, the tiler, plumber, plasterer, work top fitters and electrician were all friendly and excelled at their job. I would highly recommend Laings to anyone looking for a new kitchen or bathroom.

   If I could have posted zero stars I would have done so. Having gone from seeing an advert in the showroom saying I could have a bathroom - installed - from £5900 my quote then almost doubled....with very few extras added. When I queried it, one of the points was that the flooring wasn't included in the advert price, nor was the painting of door frames, etc. Well, they weren't doing my flooring nor did I ask them to paint the door frames, etc. Having wasted two weeks waiting for a quote then trailing back to the showroom, I finally said I would go to a more transparent company. This whole process was a waste of my time, petrol and energy, not to mention how disappointing the experience was. The salesman also needs to learn to talk in plain language instead of talking about an installation price and a separate price for the products and then the VAT. Just say what the price is with all necessary sums included and don't try and confuse your customers. I would never recommend this company.
