   I ordered Night Larks bedding for my daughter and I’m happy with the purchase. The shipping was very fast. The whole shopping process was smooth and pleasant. The bedding is beautiful and great quality, exactly what I was looking for. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this shop!

   We ordered a (quite expensive) leather, electric recliner chair. It had a 10 to 12 week delivery time - bit long, but willing to wait, to get what we wanted. However, when finally delivered, it was no where near the colour we had chosen / ordered. Following a number of telephone calls to the store (with promised follow up return calls not received) Anderson’s accepted responsibility / their mistake and said they would rectify by reordering. We decided to drive to store, to ensure correct colour was specified in the reorder. While there, we spotted a chair, same manufacturer, with the colour we wanted - and to save another 10 week wait, we said we’d take it as a replacement . This chair was price tagged £200 less than what we had originally paid. I questioned if we would be given a refund, for the lower price, but was told NO, as the price reflected a “Sale” promotion at the time. This chair was also a “demo” chair, that had been used, by customers, on sale floor, and was therefor in a “used” condition . But, due to expected delay in getting a chair - I reluctantly / stupidly accepted the situation. In hindsight , given it were not our fault - I should have asked for a full refund. Alternatively , any reputable shop would have readily given a discount . Interestingly, the sales person we dealt with, throughout , was a Director, at the store. So, no more shopping there, for us.

   If you’re in the mood for a cold, unappetising baked potato with bizarre toppings, Anderson’s Café is the place to go. I was expecting something hearty,maybe a warm pulled beef topping,but instead got what looked and tasted like processed supermarket beef slices. The Brie was fridge-cold, the bacon wasn’t even warm, and to top it off, there wasn’t a trace of butter on the potato itself. The whole thing was just bland and sad. The soup? Absolutely overloaded with vegetables to the point of being unpleasant & for note it was chicken noodle soup, not a single noodle had that soup seen, and the overall pricing is a joke,£36 for two soups, a panini, and that sorry excuse for a baked potato. Not exactly value for money. To make matters worse, not one member of staff asked how the meal was,even though they could clearly see it had barely been touched. And while the shop itself is nice to look at, the staff seem more interested in avoiding customers than helping them. I browsed the furniture section for a while, looking at sofas and dining tables, and wasn’t approached once. Disappointing experience all around. Wouldn’t recommend

   Visited to look at furniture and window blind options. Staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The choice of excellent quality products was extensive. Bonus, a superb lunch in the coffee shop. Well worth a visit.

   I purchased a wonderful blanket at Andersons because of the price, it was the best I could find on-line, and the service didn't disappoint. Easy to purchase, fast delivery, great overall. They have lovely products. Highly recommended.

   Fabulous place with great products, great service and a great cafe. The place is always pristine and full of great furniture and things to compliment any home. It's great for gathering style ideas with their many room set ups to give inspiration. The prices look good to me and the service is sharp with everyone well trained. They must have a great team of buyers tracking down the latest trends

   Nice showroom however the shopping experience would be much better if the staff actually made an effort to engage and serve you when you enquire about making an order. Unfortunately poor service has been common for us whenever we have attempted to shop here. Will definitely be taking our business else and would not recommend.
