Wonderful customer service. Always chatty and pleasant on the tills. Don’t rush you. Great choice and good layout overall. Enjoy shopping at Morrisons.
Stopped to eat at the cafe, it was cheap and its obvious why. The standard of food was poor, my wife couldn't even eat her baked potatoe, I had a cheeseburger which was OK but the chips tasted awful. We were refunded £5 of the £15 bill. Do not recommend
I must give Robert from the Inverurie store a big shout out. He went out of his way to help me, just couldn't do enough. Just a great experience!
Appears they have sold off their petrol station to be run by another company masked as Morrisons Daily. Their carwash is now heavily overpriced and doesn't get your car clean. Paid £6 for a basic wash to have a car as dirty as it went in. Went in to highlight my concerns and was offered a free jet wash.... Yeah cold water only, no soap or brush so that didn't help. I won't be returning to use this car wash or purchase anymore from them.
Some things are not badly priced just got to keep an eye on the other shop prices to get some bargains . Parking good here and plenty of trolleys around. . Staff are pleasant always good
Great supermarket wide choice of items some expensive but you only get what you pay for. Staff friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and shelves always seem to be filled with goods
One of my favourite supermarkets. Very good for fresh meat. Inverurie one has a small cafe which is useful.
The 2 ladies in the cafe this morning were so nice and helpful this morning. I wanted a coffee but the machine wasn't working properly they pointed me in the direction to the machine in the the shop. Offered to make me toast as I was looking for a plain croissant So helpful.
They really need to have a person just for the cigarette counter. Always waiting ages for someone to help me at self service because they make their staff do the cigarette counter and self check out at the same time. Morrisons is closer to me but I've started just going to tesco because of this
