   Glad this dump is shutting down, Both the managers attitude is no wonder they are closing stores!!! I just wanted to make a purchase in a everything must go sale but got told that the items I wanted weren't for sale even though they were priced and marked as ex-display!!! Then the manager said she would stand and argue with me all day until she was blue in the face, I just laughed and walked away.

   Good retail experience. They had in stock what I had travelled there for (had previously checked that it was in stock, but these days you never know...). Set in a decent retail park with a number of other popular outlets. Easy parking. Recommended.

   Good store but does.not carry much stock of everyday products as l asked about magnets don,t sell.wood burning kit don,t sell them or never heard of them,the store needs to carry different products.I find some of the prices way above other shops but Homebase do some real good price reductions at times

   Shop closed at 7pm, not 8pm as per their own website and Google. Had literally 5 minutes to find what I was looking for, wasted trip! Also, avoid buying any plants on the lower shelves.

   It's a good store, ideally situated in the retail park in Inverurie, its my usual store to visit. Was disappointed at my last visit with customer service. poor lad was left to man the till with a huge queue, whilst 2 colleagues were next to him on the computer, didn't help at all. Waited a long time to be served.

   Fantastic sale now on in the Christmas and seasonal departments. We just picked up a Rudolph ratten effect LED silhouette (red nose and all) for £57.00! The right price was £115.00, enough said!

   The store was fairly well organised & the staff were friendly. However, many shelves were empty or practically empty. We got some of the things we needed but there was only 1 till open which meant a long queue. Worst of all, when we reached the head of the queue, we found the card machine wasn't working so we had to pay with cash. Luckily, we had enough with us but many people didn't. They just dumped their trolleys & left very frustrated. Not a great shopping experience!

   I had no info on my delivery, I had to do all the phoning, not delivered on date arranged mis information given on phone by homebase, dx carriers, then subcontractors m and H 2 days wasted on the phone and waiting in on no show delivery
