   We recently got our kitchen re-modelled by Joanna at John Willox. Joanna was so helpful throughout. From her first visit to our house to take sizes etc. she felt like a friend. She was always at the end of the phone/e-mail when we had any questions and she suggested things we had never thought of at the design stage. Even when we left to go on holiday while the kitchen was being fitted, we felt relaxed knowing that Joanna would sort out any problems with Chris Harper, the joiner (who was also amazing and went above and beyond at all stages). It has turned out better than we had ever anticipated and we love it. Thanks again for all the hard work Joanna (and the gifts you brought us when you came to see it all finished!)

   From when we walked into the showroom at John Willox Kitchen Design and were met by a smiling Joanna it made us feel that this was where we were going to buy our new kitchen. Joanna made a great job of designing our kitchen, helping us choose a style and colour to fit our needs. Bob and his team made a great job of fitting. Great customer service from start to finish.    We had our kitchen designed (Diane) and fitted by (Bob’s team ) at Willox Kitchen Design. Diane made great suggestions regarding layout and appliances, making the kitchen very functional, user friendly and lovely to work in. The fitting and finishing by bob’s team was very professional and finished to a high standard. After care by John and Diane was excellent. Janet and I can thoroughly recommend John Willox Kitchen Design.

John and the team do a fantastic job, from the innovative design by Diane thinking about all the practicalities of a new kitchen and the points of perfection that make such a difference, to the great installation team lead by Brian with a perfect finish to match. Also really happy with the after care to ensure we are entirely satisfied with everything. Have already recommended John and the team to many others and would encourage anyone to give them a go.

   I cannot begin to recommend John Willox Kitchen Design highly enough. From meeting Emma at John Willox showroom and sharing my thoughts to my dream kitchen being installed the process was so smooth. I was kept informed every step of the way and the reliability and professionalism of all concerned was second to none. The installers, Richard and Chris of R & C Construction were meticulous. They were reliable, trustworthy and their attention to detail was amazing. Martin of CEO Electrical did a fantastic job with the electrics and Kenny and his team from Polished Finish did a fabulous job with the painting and decorating. They have all given me my dream kitchen and I cannot thank them enough. Our designer, Emma was a delight to work with. John and Elaine are a fabulous couple. Their business is unique to us in that we cannot fault them at all. They have been the dream team and if you are looking for a new kitchen then these guys are who you need!
