Bought a new kitchen from wren in Aberdeen , have to say our designer Josh was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable delivering a very modern beautiful kitchen design, we used our own installers it was finished within a week with no issues during the installation, this is our second wren kitchen and both have been really good quality

The process for designing and ordering is good, but the after-sales service is beyond pathetic. We spent over 18k on our kitchen - on arrival, two large panels were damaged- so we haven't got a fridge freezer yet, the main oven door was bent -pictures attached. There wasn't enough cornice to finish the kitchen. The after-sales team couldn't care that we have no kitchen for over two weeks and the extra cost of getting fully booked fitters back to complete the installation. We have previously had 3 kitchens from Howdens, who never missed a beat, be wary of the price match promise that Wren give, after the sale they really didn't care. We bought the kitchen at Wren in Farnborough.

Excellent service, listened to everything we needed and designed us the perfect kitchen. Managed to stick within our budget and got us the best deals on all our appliances. Was kept well informed throughout the whole process and felt I could contact them at any time with any queries. The Wren app is very easy to use and helpful.

I had the smoothest experience at Wren Aberdeen. I was guided and helped through every step of the process of my bedroom wardrobe design by on the team experts Joshua and he was fabulous. He put me at ease right from the start and worked with me to create what was the best blend of great style within my budget. He took time and effort to show me various options that allowed me to cut costs in ways that suited my preferences. From feeling a bit nervous when i stepped in to thoroughly enjoying the whole process , including the video guided consultation and the VR based experience , it was joyful. With biscuits and beverages to keep us going through it all! Next , I am Waiting on installation and fitting and hopefully it is as joyful and satisfactory as this first step of the process has been. Five stars for Wren Aberdeen and an extra five stars for Joshua! Keep up the great work!

Disclaimer: This review is not about the installation by the company’s specialists, as the kitchen was installed by my husband and his dad. We are very pleased with our new kitchen overall. The design process was guided by Iza, who was fantastic throughout. She listened to all of our requests, made our priorities her focus, and offered great advice. For instance, we initially considered a granite worktop, but she explained that it would require resealing every year, which isn’t ideal. Based on her recommendation, we chose quartz instead, which has been a better option for us. While Iza was extremely helpful and communicative, we did experience some email issues, as my messages sometimes went to her spam folder. However, she remained responsive and did her best to assist us. When designing the kitchen, my husband and I already had a clear vision, and Iza worked hard to bring our ideas to life. The kitchen itself was delivered in September. One thing to note is that there’s some pressure to pay the deposit quickly, but that seems standard practice. The installation process for my husband and his dad wasn’t the easiest, largely because the manual provided wasn’t very user-friendly unless you’re familiar with their system. However, they managed to complete it successfully. Quality and Design: The quality of the kitchen is good overall, but there are a few minor details that don’t meet expectations for the price we paid. For example: • The wood-effect stickers on the drawers aren’t always perfectly smooth at the corners. • The black metallic handles are prone to scratches, which is disappointing. Despite these issues, they aren’t deal breakers, and after approximately six months of use, the kitchen has been holding up well. Worktop Installation: The process for the quartz worktop installation requires some patience. Once you place your order, it typically takes about two weeks for someone to come and measure, followed by another two weeks for installation. In our case, both steps were handled efficiently: • The measuring process took less than an hour. • The installation team completed the work in under two hours. However, scheduling can be frustrating. You are only informed of the installation time a day in advance, and any requests for specific times are unlikely to be accommodated. The installation date is chosen by the company, usually during a weekday, and if you need to reschedule, the next available date may be a week or two later. This can prolong the process unnecessarily. We opted for a 3cm quartz worktop, though a 2cm option is also available. Along with the kitchen furniture, we also purchased a dishwasher, oven, sink, tap, hob, and extractor fan. All draws slide out at the bottom and the top draws open up by having a mechanism lift the doors. All doors have a soft close mechanism integrated. The floor WAS NOT bought from them. Overall Experience: While there were some minor inconveniences, we are happy with the design, functionality, and overall service provided by the designer. The worktop installation process was quick and professional, though the scheduling system could be improved. If you’re planning to install the kitchen yourself, be prepared for some challenges with the manual. Otherwise, we recommend this company for their design expertise and customer service.

Started installation one week late and 6 weeks on from the agreed start date we are still not completed. Worst part is that no-one will call me back! not Wren customer care or the installer. Meantime I am unable to use completed units while the fascia is off and the worktop is not watertight to the splashback - using the sink it a challenge. Meantime the rubbish from the build is blowing about in my driveway. Very poor show. 2 days after posting this review I receive a call from the customer care manager and the very next morning a joiner arrives, 2 hours later the job is complete. I have adjusted my star rating to 3 simply because of the stress this has caused. The kitchen itself is really great - for now, I'm not counting any chickens just yet.

We used Wren Kitchen to convert an extension in to modern kitchen diner area. Kim from Wren Aberdeen helped in designing and making it possible. She was very supportive in using our ideas and gave tips from her experience for a practical yet stylish kitchen. There were few changes in the design process and also when we started the construction. Kim patiently discussed the changes, remodelled the kitchen and ensured it met all practical and safety aspects. The supply was all on time, a few hitches in one or two items which were resolved satisfactorily. Their branch staff were always very helpful when contacted during the supply stage. We are happy to use Wren Aberdeen for our new kitchen and fully recommend them.

Having seen and heard a few things about Wren on tv and internet, I was a bit apprehensive of getting a kitchen designed. However we took the plunge and went for it. Surprise, it was so easy and painless. Our designer was very polite and designed to what we had as a vision. We left very happy, arranged another appointment where we put down a deposit. We did check out competitors but we were getting so much more for our money with Wren. A few days later our designer transferred to another Wren branch and we were assigned a very lovely lady called Bahar who took us through the final changes to our design, she was absolutely lovely and knew her job well. Delivery duly arrived on the delivery date arranged. Delivery team were very courteous and checked all items off the vehicle and safely stored them with care in our garage. All units were pre-built and we can honestly say they were very well packed. We had 7 car runs to local skips to dispose and recycle all the wrapping etc as well as old kitchen stuff. Needless to say we were impressed as we had heard a few bad things. We used local tradesmen to complete the job and now we have a top quality kitchen installed at a very reasonable price. We had no damaged or mis-manufactured goods. If a Wren kitchen is good enough for my very rich friend then its good enough for me. Go for it you wont be disappointed!!! Order 29706534
