   They didn't have the mattress my boyfriend wanted in stock so they offered another one with the "same" thickness and we could easily change it if it didn't suit us and just pay the difference. Plot twist: it wasn't the same thickness and you need to pay 100£ for redelivery. Some very important information that should have been VERBALLY MENTIONED at time of purchase. Dont waste your time and money go to Benson next door.

   Dreams made mattress shopping super easy. We were shown around by Morag, who was a big help. The Sleepmatress helps by recommending which mattresses suit you the most. We ended up getting the mattress we already thought we liked and the sleepmatress also recommended it, so it was perfect. Definitely recommend for mattress shopping.

   A great experience buying our new bed at dreams. Got to use the sleep match technology which was brilliant. Ewan was the sales person who helped us, he was lovely, chatty, kind and helpful. He even let my son try out the sleep match technology which my son was so happy about. Excellent service, highly recommend.

   We cannot speak more highly of our experience today at Dreams. We were helped by Morag who was just brilliant. Not only was she knowledgeable about the mattresses they were selling but she also was a able to support us specifically with our individual needs. She was also amazing with our nearly 2 year old daughter who wasn't that excited by mattress shopping. We could not have felt more welcome and felt we were making a purchase based on excellent advise with no pressure from pushy sales tactics.

   After Oak Furniture Land let us down with 3 failed delivery attempts on a 5K order we headed into Aberdeen to buy from other places. Nice shop, great choice and bought a bed from them. Scott served us, you can tell he has only been in a sales role for 6 weeks, a little nervous and was reading from the "Dreams Manual" but a really nice guy and would happily buy more beds from him for the 3 spare rooms later on in the year. Let's hope they do 1 better than Oak Furniture Land and actual deliver.

   Visited Dreams Kittybrewster to get an air bed advertised on website. Ennae attended me at the store. I was informed that the product is only available online and at my request both Ennae and her manager went to all lengths helping me out ordering the bed and delivered to store. I felt very well taken care of. Five star service, highly recommended.

   Let be very clear, our experience Today was brilliant, we had the pleasure of having Hamilton help us Today. Hamilton is beyond friendly, helpful and has made us 100percent want to upgrade our bed. He had done the wonderful bed which is rather cool and tells each person which requirements our bodies woukd nee do ensure a peaceful sleep. We tried and tested nearly every bed which was on our guidance with the help of Hamilton too (fabulous). We have narrowed down to two beds, which of course when we have our new home or close enough we shall be back very quickly to obtain our new bed. Above all, the best service I could have asked for. My wife and I have left feeling happy, not pressured but so thrilled with such a lovely and very helpful Hamilton :-) if you've never been please do visit this store, I'm sure all staff are just as helpful and knowledgeable as Hamilton but if I could give more than 5 stars I truly would. Thank you to everyone :-).

   I just bought my matress 2days ago, I was very happy about customer service and especially about Chris who did helped me a lot.He was very friendly,kind and so helpful. He spoke clear and with patience . It's a pleasure to see that despite how difficult our year have been, people can still smile and be nice to others. I will deffinetly buy all the staff from there what we will need in our first home in the nearly future. Nice and friendly place, with a high level of customer service . I wish to be all customer assistants in every shop like Chris. Highly reccomend !
