His advice made everything simple and stress-free. We gutted an ancient bathroom, removed the tub and replaced it with a shower - and these photos show, the finished bathroom is stunning. “From the moment you walk through the Knowle showroom door you know this is a different offering from the competition. Without appointment, I was welcomed by Mark, the franchise owner, who took the time to personally show me around and describe the product and service. Roula, the designer, deserves special mention. She certainly has a design flair and combines this with her product knowledge, practical suggestions, professionalism and patience as you proceed through multiple design iterations. She is talented, helpful and honest. The Schmidt process is clearly defined and works well with formal sign off of the design phase prior to order, to ensure no surprises down the line. The costing was transparent so you know all the elements of the project, not just a total lump sum price. Shelly overseas the whole project providing contacts for flooring, doors and other associated products, which was very helpful. Her sign off at the end of the project was very thorough. The quality of the product and the skilled fitting (by Sam) are both excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this Schmidt product and team.”

“Used this store to buy some pictures for our house. The pictures were beautiful and well.priced. The store were using a new supplier and hoped the pictures would be delivered within 3 weeks but unfortunately through no fault of the store this took longer... Despite this staff kept me updated and quickly resolved the issue. The pictures are now in our house and look great. If you want something a little different for your home check this place out. It has great modern furniture and a great price. Wish I had known of this shop earlier as woukd have bought my table and chairs from there. Highly recommended store with good stock and a friendly approach to customers. There is free parking and the store is spacious and well laid out. If only all stores were like this. Came again today and purchased a table and 6 chairs. Yet again a quality service from start to finish. A great great place to come and browse”

“We first found the kitchens inc on Facebook seeing one of the kitchens they had recently done and were very impressed with it. we were currently renovating our house and thought we would give them a call to see if they would book us in for a visit. Stefan took us to a showroom which had plenty of ranges to choose from, some choices obviously might be on the pricier side but he had plenty of knowledge on each one to give different options that would give the same effect. Luckily for us the kitchens inc was able to make it something that we could afford. All through the process we did not get one phone call from them saying about price or being hassled as to if we wanted it, unlike potential competitors. Once we made the decision to go ahead with the design everything flowed perfectly without any issues. All in all the kitchen is absolutely perfect and we love our kitchen, it really is the talking point of our house and we are forever grateful of Stefan and Siobhan.”
