   Thank you Neil and Neil for transforming our main bathroom, it looks amazing! Start to finish the experience of booking in and having the work done was fantastic. Neil is a real professional and it was refreshing to have all the work written down and provided to us in a document. The quote came through very quickly and we were kept up to date with timescales and any changes. As for the work itself both Neil's were always on time, tidy and meticulous in their work offering suggestions and advice for the best outcome. They were flexible when it came to a few changes which we had highlighted in advance. The bathroom looks amazing and I'm pretty sure our hall stairs and landing was left cleaner than it was before the work! Thanks again, we will be back for the kitchen next time!

   Neil and his team did a great job on our bathroom. It had new tiles, flooring and extractor fan. Excellent quality of work and Neil was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Neither of us are very practical so was a little bit nervous before booking but Neil was incredibly helpful and was happy to chat through everything. Would definitely recommend!

   Simply the best! Neil, Danny, little Neil & Bren are nicest and most talented people you could meet. They have created 3 new bathrooms and renovated our kitchen for us, and we are thrilled with the results. Their workmanship and attention to detail is second to none, they leave everything clean and tidy at the end of each working day, and they are truly a pleasure to have around.    We’ve recently had a full bathroom renovation completed by Spencer and Sons and we couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom. We had a number of quotes from the start for our bathroom as we do with any work that we have completed, but what stood out for us was how meticulous Neil was on his first visit when providing a quote. He talked us through details that we hadn’t really considered before right down to the choice of taps on the bath and what to consider when purchasing tiles – it wasn’t just a case of measuring the space and providing a price – it was an excellent customer journey from the start. This attention to detail and consideration for some of the smaller things we weren’t originally thinking about having never renovated a bathroom before gave us full confidence that going with Neil and the team was the right choice. The written quote provided all the details of everything that was to be completed through the renovation which reassured us that everything was accounted for. The renovation itself was a comfortable process, and as is the case with any renovation project you’re not always sure what you’re working with until you’ve stripped the bathroom back, however communication was clear throughout so any unforeseen challenges that popped up were highlighted by the team which we appreciated. Any questions around design, placement of lighting fixtures, mirrors and shelves were put to us and understood by the team so we were confident we were getting the bathroom we wanted. The team were clean and considerate throughout the project and the whole process felt comfortable. Work areas were extensively hoovered and cleaned so you didn’t have to worry about any clean up once the guys had gone home for the day. In terms of the finishing touches we couldn’t be happier, and it’s this point which really impressed us most about the team – It really is a beautiful room they’ve put together and the experience Spencer and Son have is evident in the final look. The bathroom has gone from a room we just put up with to probably being the room we’re most proud of in our house. Special thanks to Neil, Danny and the rest of the team. We’re absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and would absolutely recommend and urge people to consider Spencer and Son if they’re looking to get their bathroom space transformed in the near future.
