“WOW excellent customer journey from my first phone call with Peter, to deciding which wood lathe to get in store with Jay. They say retail is all about the experience these days and if the case then Axminster Nuneaton have got it right. We've returned to store today to have some lathe training, because a two hour 'how to' session was included with the lathe. Fantastic news because it covers all the introduction skills to get you up and running, including safety. On site in the store workshop. My son will get a chance to try different tools before choosing what he needs in store, so we'll only end up with things that work for you :) They also run demonstrations, there's one this Saturday on making a resin and wood river table. Brilliant store, brilliant team.”

“We were greeted by Kidd as soon as we entered the store. He asked what we were interested in and when we said a new mattress he asked what we were using at the minute and what we were hoping to change it to. He did an analysis then gave us a clean pillow each (which smelt amazing) and got us to try out different beds. He was happy for us to go back to ones we’d already tested to make sure we were happy with our choice. He provided us with coffee and water straight away. His customer service was brilliant(no pressure selling at all) and made us both feel very comfortable during our time in the store. He also told us about the 100 day return if we weren’t happy and needed to try it for something else. Would definitely use that store again. Thank you for great service!”

“After being burned by a couple of furniture pieces from online stores that had either been badly carved, poorly made or MDF with wooden doors - I was so happy with this sideboard. It’s beautiful. Solid wood, lovely carving, great quality. Delivery was smooth. They carried it into the room, unwrapped it and took away the packaging (rather than just dumping it at the kerbside like so many companies do now). Would definitely recommend and trust this store.”

“Went to Screwfix Binley tonight just before closing and was a bit cheeky really as I wanted 15 bags of floor levelling compound. The fella who helped us, Mark, was super helpful and gave us good advice on making sure we have enough, saying we can always return whatever we don't use. Had a nice little chat in the car park whilst hoiking bags into the boot of the car and he gave us a cheery farewell. Love the cafe which I always visit half way through my shop. I'm sure this fuels me so I buy more! Plenty of free parking too. Win win!”
