   The store has a great variety and the staff are very knowledgeable. The only thing I would say is the staff do seem to talk very loudly to try and grab attention and they don't really leave you alone to try things for yourself. I still bought a mattress from here as they do seem to be better quality than other stores and the staff were helpful.

   Popped into dreams at Gallagher retail park Coventry. Louise had only just unlocked the door, she was very welcoming and offered me a drink before we even got started on matching me up for a new mattress. She was very welcoming and lovely to talk to, new her stuff and not once did I feel pressured or obliged to make a purchase, always asking if I would like a drink even when we sat down to make my purchase. Very well looked after and was a very pleasant experience and purchase.

   Myself and partner came to Dreams to choose a mattress for when we move into our new property. We were welcomed by Louise who was cheerful and welcoming, she offered us a drink to take round whilst testing out some mattresses. Louise then took us over to the Sleepmatch which was a fancy bit of equipment to work out which mattress best suited our bodies and sleep positions. Louise gave us the choice of which pillows we’d like to take round with us whilst testing out the mattresses the Sleepmatch selected would be the best. We then secured our mattress!!! Louise was very informative about the next steps, regarding payment and delivery. At the end Louise gave us a free mattress protector and even better on the way out a set of 4 pillows. Thank you for all your help Louise.

   We were greeted by Kidd as soon as we entered the store. He asked what we were interested in and when we said a new mattress he asked what we were using at the minute and what we were hoping to change it to. He did an analysis then gave us a clean pillow each (which smelt amazing) and got us to try out different beds. He was happy for us to go back to ones we’d already tested to make sure we were happy with our choice. He provided us with coffee and water straight away. His customer service was brilliant(no pressure selling at all) and made us both feel very comfortable during our time in the store. He also told us about the 100 day return if we weren’t happy and needed to try it for something else. Would definitely use that store again. Thank you for great service!

   We want to say a huge thank you to Louise at Dreams who went above and beyond for our Grandad. We called this morning at 9:30am desperately looking for a new bed to have it put downstairs for him as he’s currently in hospital and she’s got one being delivered to us by 10:30am. Louise has been absolutely amazing and we couldn’t be more grateful :)
