   Bought a barbecue gas burner, it did not meet our specification but unfortunately when we returned it, in its original packaging the staff refused to refund. Other customers were bringing stuff eg microwave not in original packaging and were refunded. I felt it as racial because of the colour of our skin when others were served promptly without issues. Disgusting!!!!

   I arrived just after 11am on a Sunday morning and the carpark was almost full. The machine gave me nectar points but would not let me spend using my accumulated points. The service was fast and friendly but the stock availability in store is very low for some items but the prices are reasonable.

   Everytime I use this store I feel discriminated against. I bought something and returned it straight away. I use the one in Rugby they are more customer service friendly

   Went for the return the hotspot which is not good product,want to refund but they denied with rude staff, bad customer service. After long discussion they replaced the device but I don't want again the same product which is definitely not good. Don't buy anything from there ,think twice you can't get refund still policy is saying you 30 days but you can't refund.

   Preordered something from them and when I attempted to change the option to have it delivered on a different day rather than to my neighbour they're delivery service rescheduled the whole thing. They refused to change it back to the original delivery date and so I had to cancel the order and wait 5 days for the refund

   Please check the package carefully. I had bad experience twice with the store. I have bought gifts which were opened, used and repacked. Day 2: I have ordered and waited for 20 min to collect in the store then I have found that it is repacked then I have requested the store to get another one, they said only one they have got. Wasted 2 hours. Zero recommendation for gifts and other
