“Used this store to buy some pictures for our house. The pictures were beautiful and well.priced. The store were using a new supplier and hoped the pictures would be delivered within 3 weeks but unfortunately through no fault of the store this took longer... Despite this staff kept me updated and quickly resolved the issue. The pictures are now in our house and look great. If you want something a little different for your home check this place out. It has great modern furniture and a great price. Wish I had known of this shop earlier as woukd have bought my table and chairs from there. Highly recommended store with good stock and a friendly approach to customers. There is free parking and the store is spacious and well laid out. If only all stores were like this. Came again today and purchased a table and 6 chairs. Yet again a quality service from start to finish. A great great place to come and browse”

“Recently bought a new dining table, chairs and 2 sideboards from A5 Pine after a friend's recommendation and we were thoroughly impressed! Jade was brilliant when we visited the showroom, taking time to talk through the ranges and options without being pushy. We were made to feel valued and at home whilst we browsed and made our decisions. The range of furniture is amazing, and the prices for the high quality items they have are superb. The show room is very welcoming - we loved not only the furniture but all the little extras on show (we will definitely be back to get some of those!) When the first set of items were delivered, the process was seamless. Items brought in carefully and placed where we wanted them. This family business are run by people who care, who are friendly and who are incredibly passionate about their craft. What more could you ask for? We had an issue with one of our new dining room chairs that was quickly sorted without fuss - thank you! We are looking forward to the delivery of our remaining items and have already had thoughts about what else we would like. An added bonus is A5 Pine will build bespoke furniture too - which is what we are considering now for some extra storage! A definite must to go visit. Support our local companies!!”

“We were greeted by Kidd as soon as we entered the store. He asked what we were interested in and when we said a new mattress he asked what we were using at the minute and what we were hoping to change it to. He did an analysis then gave us a clean pillow each (which smelt amazing) and got us to try out different beds. He was happy for us to go back to ones we’d already tested to make sure we were happy with our choice. He provided us with coffee and water straight away. His customer service was brilliant(no pressure selling at all) and made us both feel very comfortable during our time in the store. He also told us about the 100 day return if we weren’t happy and needed to try it for something else. Would definitely use that store again. Thank you for great service!”

We could spend as long as we liked trying the comfortable seating in order to choose the one that we liked the best. Also, care was taken to ensure the proper measurements and appropriate fit was chosen for the person for whom it was to be bought. A costly choice by any measure, but hopefully rewarding with comfort into old age.”

“Intasar made our shopping experience with Bensons for Beds painless. He was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He supported us with our decision to purchase our bed. We are bringing our daughter to the store on Saturday as she wants to purchase a new bed too. We will be asking for Intasar. I believe staff are our best asset, if I was an employer, id snap him up. Ps - bought our daughter into store today (Saturday) and she purchased a bed from Intasar too.”

“Who doesn't like a B&M store. From duvets to paint to cheap sweets they sell it all. Shop is clean and staff are friendly for the most part. Parking is pretty good as well.”

“A lovely charming place with great atmosphere. I had dinner here on Friday night, lots of good vegan options and service was amazing. It's really beautiful inside and they have seating on 2 levels. Live music was playing Friday evening and the band took music requests. Will certainly be back for more, when I'm back in Coventry.”
