   Shout out to Akram! What a great professional and a gentleman. He helped us find the right product suiting our needs. He was very kind and polite. I wish majority of the sales professionals are like him. Our experience with Bensons customer service has also been wonderful! There was a sales lady though at the store which we found not very friendly. If Akram was not there, I don't think we would have bought the mattress based on the that saleswoman's attitude and behaviour.

   The store manager Intasar was so understanding and gave us time to decide and kept to our budget. He was so informative and gave us so much information. He was very helpful and didn’t push us into making a purchase.

   Intasar made our shopping experience with Bensons for Beds painless. He was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He supported us with our decision to purchase our bed. We are bringing our daughter to the store on Saturday as she wants to purchase a new bed too. We will be asking for Intasar. I believe staff are our best asset, if I was an employer, id snap him up. Ps - bought our daughter into store today (Saturday) and she purchased a bed from Intasar too.

   Staff within the shop were really professional and found us a product that would suit our space and needs. They didn't try to force us to buy the most expensive item, we got exactly what we wanted. I've bought products from here before and never had an issue. My bed is now around 4 years old and I still love it. This time we purchased a huge wardrobe with lights and love this as well.

   Great store, always fab deals on. Well worth a visit. The manager is approachable as are the staff. Some cracking deals to be had especially jn this sale time. Forget the other big name stores. Benson is the way forward if you want a good bed or furniture. Making room for new stock save hundreds.

   The Staff at he shop were woeful, referring to customers(Me) as mate and extremely rude no empathy shown based on the fact that the bed frame was delivered without a mattress and when trying to enquire why this happened the lady at benson was not ready to check for next availability nor when the mattress could be delivered. My conclusion was some times when you pay for something cheaper than the likes of Dreams, and other competitors that is what you get, to make matters worse the installer came and was leap talking to me like am an illiterate or a person that doesn’t understand English , that really got me updated I could not wait for him to leave my house.

   Excellent beds at great prices. We were looking for king size beds with storage, and we found the perfect one for ourselves within our price range. It was very easy to assemble and they delivered with care and friendly attitude. We also bought our mattress from this place and so far we are very happy with our choice. Definitely recommend.
