   Done an online order to then get a call saying it was out of stock as no one had updated the system. I then went to see what else they had to find what I had ordered was in. There was no need for the phone call and sounded to me someone did not do there job properly

   Always love a mooch in here. Home decor reasonably priced. Garden centre at the back always full of bedding plants and made up pots of plants. Bird food isle with plenty of choice. Solar lights always something new. Worth a visit.

   Fair range of products not the cheapest. I went into the store this morning to have a browse and didn't buy anything and wanted to exit the store.. It's quite disappointing you have to walk along or past customers that are queuing by the only till operating.. I, along with two other customers, had to brush past other customers, and they looked shocked. So management, please sort out your exit route as you guys are causing a health and safety issue.. Good luck with people with wheel chairs they got no way of going past..

   My go to Store for DIY around the house and has a good layout and deals on a regular basis and there’s loads of free parking out front. If I can’t find anything or it’s currently not available I can try B&Q or Wicks.

   Virtually no wallpaper. Is there a national shortage? Huge sale section. Not quite sure if they were trying and failing to match up to Wilko. Plenty of smelly candles if you can't find any elsewhere (every other shop around)

   Very nice looking store with a great selection of products at fairly reasonable prices. The garden section is particularly good with a wide selection of garden plants, some of which are difficult to find anywhere other than specific garden centres.

   Amazing customer service from Homebase, my partner and I went in we earlier today to get some garden furniture, plants etc, the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout advising us on their offers (2 for 1) which we didn’t see at first. They really are so kind and would go out of their way ensuring customers had the best deals... When checking out we had a lovely lady who was excellent from start to finish! Very patient as we had two trips to the car to make. I don’t have her name unfortunately however she was so bubbly, chatty and polite. On our second trip in the same lady and a gentlemen had our second item on a trolley ready to go! We were so impressed at this level of service, again very friendly and we shared a few laughs together it was overall an amazing experience, not to often you find members of staff to be so welcoming and willing to go above and beyond but this was the best service we’ve had this year... Thank you so much! Will definitely be shopping there again and recommending to friends and family!
