I have bought all sorts over the years but as an example for you I went to buy PTFE tape for a leak in my house that needed sorting, at the time they were out of stock so the owner went to his own tool box and gave me his PTFE tape free of charge. ^ That is a type of service to the community you wont find at B&Q ...”

The fella who helped us, Mark, was super helpful and gave us good advice on making sure we have enough, saying we can always return whatever we don't use. Had a nice little chat in the car park whilst hoiking bags into the boot of the car and he gave us a cheery farewell.
