   Just want to say a massive thanks to Izzy - I DID IT !!! Thanks to her, I managed to put up my own curtain rail (onto a very tricky, half brick / half plaster-wall). She was absolutely amazing and I’m so glad she had the patience to help me. Adding the before and after pics for her to see - Thank you Izzy, I appreciate your help so much x

   Good old fashioned service as it used to be . Attentative , polite and friendly ...that was zach who sorted me out today with a ceramic cartridge valve for a dripping tap. Always have a good experience at screwfix and this was no different.

   I’ve always had great service at Screwfix, which is why today’s experience was such a letdown. I went in to collect an order and the woman at the counter didn’t greet me at all. She was chatting with a colleague and didn’t acknowledge me until she finished, then gave me a nod. I said “hi” first before she replied with a half-hearted “hello,” still without asking what I needed. I told her I was collecting an order, and she processed it without any politeness — just said “It’ll be here in a bit” with a miserable attitude and expression to match. It felt incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I even said to my partner out loud how rude she was, and she just stood there looking annoyed. I’ve never been treated like that in any other branch. If you don’t want to work with the public, don’t. Absolutely no excuse for treating customers like an inconvenience. Normally Screwfix staff are polite, helpful, and efficient, which makes this kind of customer service stand out in a bad way. Really disappointing.

   I usually order construction materials from here. Very convenient. Have an account and order can be done either online to be delivered or store self-collection! Touch screen to place an order in-store. No more paper tables or books! Friendly team! Love it!

   Got in early looking for a replacement window handle which was sadly out of stock at this location. But staff recommended a visit to its Henley Green site which had two suitable handles. Great customer service from both sites and value for money.

   Perfect place for people who work at construction industry. You can find here almost everything what you need starting with nails hammers drills finished with baths showers toilets. High quality products top brands.Prices can be little bit lower but they provide delivery you can shop online and return unused items at no extra cost so for me perfect place for diy enthusiasts and professionals.
