Staff are helpful and well-informed. Used them for years and encouraging my company, seven seas worldwide utilise them. They went through hell a few years ago due to a fire, glad to see them doing well again.
Just thought I'd drop a review as sometimes great service gets unnoticed. Want to say a great thank you to Tom and the team for helping sort a few parts out for my Vw Bora did a fantastic job in sorting the right part out and went above and beyond in sorting a few other things for me. Compared to other mainstream places where you're just a number this place still holds to the traditional honest service you'd expect back in the day. Once again many thanks guys will be definitely be back again soon for more parts cheers.
Happy to take your money but really rude and unhelpful when you need a refund won't recommend or use again. Money grabbers

Nyanza are the best Auto parts in Coventry, by a long way. They source my Subaru parts faultlessly and the staff are always pleasant, no matter how busy they are. After over 10 years of dealing with them I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great prices and excellent service!
Unbelievably poor service, it's like they didn't want my money. Possibly the least helpful staff I have ever encountered in a shop. They told me they probably had the part I wanted but was too much effort to find. Would give 0 stars if I could. Go to Halfords instead.
