   This is for Coventry branch ONLY I driven 25miles to collect a part on a Saturday wasting my time money to get there and the sign said closed and the times on the left of the door were taped up so I assumed they were shut so I rang the Hinckley branch and asked if they could order me one over to there. About 10 minutes later they rang me up and said they were open so I turned round wasting more time and fuel I got there at 12:20 10 minutes before they close and all the shutters were down when they knew I was coming back. Absolute disgrace if you can't stick to your opening times don't display them.

   I run a small local garage on the outskirts of Coventry, and I must say MPD are fantastic.. i usually use another motor factors in coventry and recently found them to be useless and constantly getting parts wrong.. i then tried MPD and spoke to a lovely young woman there (Corrina), whom I must say is very knowledgeable and on point.. i was recommended by a friend to use MPD and I will definitely be using them again... thankyou to Corrina for all your help..

   Motor Parts Direct are a family run parts supply business, who are both competitive on price & have very helpful staff. As a Mechanic by trade, I use MPD pretty much daily and find the staff at the Coventry branch to be a credit to the company. A pleasure to deal with, open to the trade and public, and with ample parking onsite, you could do a lot worse than to try them for your next vehicle parts requirement.
