   Very helpful staff, plenty of parking and good prices. The tablet helped me know which coolant and paint I needed all I had to do was put my registration in. Would of been very helpful if it told me I also needed deionised water as I had to go back but that is also my fault for not reading the instructions before I left.

   Entered store today at 10am, as soon as the store opened, and despite being busy all staff with friendly and courteous. I was served by Kieran and his customer service and product knowledge was exceptional, getting the correctg part for my car straight away and arranging for it to be fitted. He also got me to sign up for annually scheme which most attendants usually fail on! The two lads did the fitting were also friendly and kept me informed we of the progress of the job. Great service and will certainly be backed to Halfords Coventry based on this experience.

   As a woman in her 20s I don’t know a lot about cars! When my fiat failed its MOT staff were really helpful in trying to find the best price for work that needed to be done. I used the car collection service and staff were so lovely and welcoming. Have used here 2 years in a row and would definitely recommend!!

   Today I visited this store to have my rear wiper arm changed. Both Sam and Amith were both extremely friendly and helpful, Sam tried very hard to change the wiper arm but couldn’t manage it so he advise me to go to a local garage. I really appreciate the effort he put it to try to sort it out for me, Amith also carried out the winter car check for me with efficiency. They are both lovely and a credit to this store.

   Really helpful staff but they couldn't service my bike properly because they had not received the training for that specific bike (Boardman - belt driven), which they currently sell and I purchased from them almost 3 years back (with lots of promises that I would be able to service it from them even though it was a niche). Not complaining but I get why you'd go buy somewhere else an expensive bike...

   Store is ok but I would advise to avoid in-store fitment service wefit. Waited for 1 hour from my booked appointment and a simple battery exchange took more than 30min by rude and unqualified staff

   Free M check on your bike, however be careful! I found on my visit half the work they said required doing didn’t! Given a estimate of £189 to repair a exclusive to them Boardman mountain bike that they hold no parts stock for! I Needless to say I went elsewhere, got the bike repaired on the same day at a fraction of the cost! Customer service non existent too! Go elsewhere!

   Excellent, first rate customer service by Natalie at the customer service desk. As the shop was very busy and queue long,she apologised she couldn't fetch my items herself but wrote down exactly which item numbers I needed and showed me what they looked like on the PC. The fitter outside was also very polite and efficient. Excellent all round service.
