From dropping off the car I was confident it was in good hands, Received a well detailed video of what's going on under the car (somewhere you usually dont get to see) Advised of an issue caused by another garage (twisted brake hose) corrected on the spot. โI drove to Rugby from London, and some 10 miles from Rugby, my braking warning lights, ABS, Cruise control and engine management warning lights all on. As I had to be back in London in the evening, they booked me in and by midday, they diagnosed the fault and fixed the fault and gave me a full report. From the very first phone call, I was impressed. The gentleman who answered, Danny, was incredibly polite, charming, and professional. Despite being busy, he managed to fit my car in for an MOT on the same day โ something I truly appreciated. The service was quick and efficient. My car was ready even sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. While I waited, the waiting area was comfortable enough and made the short wait easy. What really stood out, though, was Dannyโs excellent customer care. After the MOT, he went through the paperwork with me also provided some quotes for servicing and tyres, (that Iโd asked for) but there was absolutely no pressure or sales push โ just clear, helpful information. I felt completely respected as a customer, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who was so happy, courteous and professional throughout. All in all, it was a seamless and stress-free MOT experience. Ran like clockwork! I wouldnโt hesitate to return or recommend this centre to others. Thank you, Danny and the team at Foleshill Road!โ

โWent to a different drive in hand car wash but was told to come back at 5pm for a full inside & outside valeting (this was around 11am!) - no other cars being serviced! โThis place was recommended by my mum who had used them a few times and it was urgent, my battery was flat and needed a new one within 2 days. I rang and spoke to the lovely receptionist who said they could do it today! I had to wait until my breakdown service arrived to see if they could sort it and if not to ring them back. I rang back at 1630 and was told to bring the car straight down, not only that, it was changed there and then so I didn't have to drop it off and come back! Excellent customer service, and efficient, fast work on car easily within an hour!! Thank you so much!โ
