Vehicle breakdown and recovery, via Green Flag. Tony arrived within the hour, checked over car, identified gear box fault, and then transported us from Corley back to Essex some 2 he drive, very friendly, courteous and polite. Also very well driven. Thank you.
I was away in Coventry on business when someone stole my cat. I used these guys through Greenflag. They arrived quickly and sent a second smaller van to get me all the way home to Winchester instead of the drop offs required for larger vehicles. Thanks PGSS and special shout out for Tony who was amazing!
Collection put through from RAC at 13.00Hrs. Couple of miles down the road from PGSS base they changed the collection time four times via text with no reason given ! consequently they left our vehicle with two people stranded on the side of the road for 5 and a half hours in very cold conditions !
5 star service by your team. Carl attended my vehicle that had been left in an impossible situation by the AA but with his skills managed to get my vehicle to the garage for repair. He was polite and professional and an ambassador for your company.
Appalling, lied persistently about recovery time estimates just to 'get the job'. This company was sent through my RAC membership. Originally advised 30mins, then 1hr later I chased and was told will be just 20 mins, then another hour later I phoned and was advised 15mins. In total I waited over 3 hours for them on the motorway hard shoulder with nowhere safe to stand and in the rain/wind. PGSS advised driver was lost, then stuck in bad traffic - which were both lies. When the driver arrived he said he was only sent the job 20mins before! Constant lies from PGSS. They are based less 5 miles from where I had broken down. I have made a detailed formal complaint to the RAC about Potters Green Service Station and suggest anyone else who has this same experience does the same in the hope that they will remove them from their list of recovery services. Shame on you Potters Green Service Station.
