“I cannot speak highly enough of this family firm, it’s so nice to know that companies like this still exist. They are located off the Kenilworth Road near the garden centre, outside Balsall Common. No fancy waiting room, no plate glass, and chrome, just highly skilled body, repair operatives, not the easiest to find, but well worth the effort, if you call for directions, it’s simple enough. The quality of the repair on our vehicle is outstanding, the speed with which it was carried out is also highly commendable, it’s a little things that’s how nice to be the beneficiary of, such as they delivered the car back to me at home. “Highly recommended. Very professional and friendly team who went out of their way to make sure that everything was spot on. We had a new oil fired central heating system installed and they did everything from the concrete pad for the new tank to the shower installation as well as the usual radiators, pipework and heated towel rail. I worked from home during the installation, and they made sure there was minimal disruption during my team calls. Very clean and tidy workers, Adam and Will were great - very polite, and where possible worked in one room at a time so the floors were not all up at the same time. Cannot be happier. Some elements of the work were quite tricky but they just dealt with it all calmly and professionally. We had a few local quotes and whilst they were not the cheapest, they were the most knowledgeable and gave us the most confidence, and has proved to have been the best choice. “I was told by my local garage which I use for Mots and servicing that my Mazda needed a brand new gearbox and clutch and would cost over £2k. Called Dean at gearbox services and he asked for it to be dropped by straight away. After checking it over, he was able to repair the bearings on the gearbox IE, no replacement required nor the clutch. Cost was less than half the first quote and Dean was a pleasure to deal with. He said he'd be able to do it within a week and was true to his word. Highly recommend.”

“We phoned R/S gas services on a Sunday following a fault code on our boiler. They answered straight away and were very responsive fitting us in around our schedules as well as taking into account the severity of of the issue. Within 48 hours we had all the parts and the issues was completely resolved. Also discussed other home improvements and they were open and honest about about work that would be involved.
