   We travelled from Leamington Spa to Rugby as our local mechanic was unsure about an issue that concerned us. He simply couldn't diagnose the issue with any certainty. We were booked into Independent Renault Services by a very professional lady at reception, who's name I believe is Louise. We left the car for a few days and we were given a much more precise diagnosis from the workshop. We are so pleased we took our car here. This garage comes recommended.

   Ordered what I thought was the part that needed fixing myself, then found it was a different problem. After lots of phoning different places I found this team and gave them a call, they were completely willing to offer advice as well as get the part in for me to fit myself. They then phoned back to say normally an issue in that area isn’t actually in need of replacement parts but if I wanted to bring the part down they would look at it for me. By the end of the day, I had the part sorted, back on my clio and back on the road. So happy I found them. THANK YOU so much for everything you did

   It is a delight to share that garages like this still exist. Deep knowledge and clear passion for the marque, first class advice and service they just do what they say they are doing to do, it costs what they say it is going to cost and they go the extra mile and then some. Every item on the invoice was explained and items that were flagged for later came with advice on when they would be required and what the options would be i.e. no pushy selling of items. If you have a Renault go here.

   Fantastic business, people and service! Called in on Friday afternoon to ask about a problem that my local garage couldn’t rectify and that the Renault dealer wanted £180 just to diagnose. They offered advice and solutions based on what i had told them, but as i was on a deadline to get the fault fixed before the MOT expired they ran the diagnostics, checked the fault readings against previous ones and identified and fixed the problem that day! Cannot thank them enough and also the price was a third of what other garage’s had quoted

   Good booking system and friendly staff. I thought they leaned a bit on the expensive side though. EDIT: After direct feedback from the owner I decided to amend my review and add another star. It is not often that the owner of a company replies directly and this shows excellent engagement and concern for the customer.    Since I bought my Megane just over a year ago I popped down for advice (before the lockdown restrictions) then booked in for a service and MOT in July. The whole team are fantastic, you just feel that they care about their customers and are not there to get as much money out of you as they can. Reliable, honest and trustworthy, my son will be contacting them shortly for a service and MOT for his Megane
