Booked my car today for a service and MOT through Service Stop which Binley Woods clearly work with. I was told my car would be delivered back to me between 4pm and 6pm. I had somewhere to be at 7pm so thought there would be plenty of time. It is now 6:52 an I have no car only Binley Woods car which was left here by the driver when they collected my car. I have been unable to reach either Service Stop or Binley Woods who I thought would have had the decency to contact me to say they werenβt coming. In this scenario there was no ownership of me the customer, no concern about communicating or respect that my time is equally as valuable as theirs. I was already annoyed by the huge cost it came to. I will never use either Service Stop or Binley Woods Service Centre again as they are both equally shocking in terms of the experience I have had. Beware!

I have just had a lovely, positive experience at Binley Woods Service Station after they fit my car in for an MOT with no notice as I waa driving it without one and didn't realize. I found the ladies on the reception to be very accommodating and the cup of tea was very much appreciated. The lads looked after Mabel, (my car) with respect and returned her with a brand new lease of life. Would I go back? Yes, would I recommend them, of course. Their location suits me, it's easy to get to and it's not a pain in the backside to get out of afterwards.

I reached out to this service in April 2025 regarding an oil leak while they were still located at their previous address in Binley Wood. We agreed on a full diagnostic for my vehicle, which I brought in on 16 April 2025. After paying Β£84 for the full diagnostic, I was informed that the leak originated from the sump pan, and the cost for a replacement would be Β£600. Given my need for the vehicle for my daily commute, I approved the repairs. After the sump pan was replaced, the service informed me of another leak related to the crank seal (gearbox), which would incur an additional cost of Β£800. Agreed the repairs again. Also, I had clearly communicated the urgency of having my car returned promptly; however, the repairs were only completed nearly a month later, on 10 May 2025. Unfortunately, within a day of collecting my vehicle, I noticed that oil was still leaking. I returned the car for another diagnostic on 12 May 2025. A week later, I was informed that a new collector and turbo were necessary, with an estimated cost of Β£3,000. At this point, I chose not to proceed with further repairs as I had already spent Β£1,480.72 and lost two months of my car use without a resolution to the issue. Ones works was refused, me and my mum experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from a senior mechanic when we inquired about the situation; he shouted and slammed doors in front of my face. This level of service was both shocking and unacceptable. I subsequently took my car to a trusted mechanic, who identified a broken gasket, which was broken by Binley Woods fitting back my car, that required a repair at a cost of Β£120. The turbo was also repaired for Β£1,000, significantly less than the Β£3,000 quoted by Binley Woods. Additionally, I discovered that the undertray was also missing as it wasnβt put back by Binley Woods this cost me another Β£330 for its replacement. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. My interactions with them have led me to believe they may not be trustworthy and could potentially leave customers with more issues than they started with. Furthermore, their website claims affiliation with the Retail Motor Industry Federation and Servicesure Garage, which appears to be not true! I would strongly suggest to avoid this service at any cost!

I booked my car in for its MOT and full service with collection and delivery. Unfortunately no one arrived to collect my car so i gave the garage a call and was told that they had not realised i was down for collection. I was offered no apology and told to either take my car in myself or change the day of my booking. I took the car in but was also told that it could not be delivered back to my home due to lack of drivers. If it was not for this experience then I would give the garage 5 stars as I had no problem with the actual MOT and service. My car was ready to pick up a few hours after i dropped it off.

I did major service for my BMW 3 series from them in the month of July 2022. I was pleased with the service. After few days my car started to show Drivetrain Malfunction intermittently. The error used come very rarely initially. But the occurrence increased recently so thought to go for a diagnostic. When I did diagnostic from my someone who has BMW software, he said there are some electrical faults probably in ECU and mostly because of water damage. I was shocked to hear that because I had just purchased the car few months ago. I was worried if I have bought the faulty car. When I checked in the engine bay I could clearly see that the Windshield cowl and the rubber weather strip were not installed correctly by the person who did service for the car. And because that the rain water was directly running into the engine bay. Then I realized that, The service was done only two days before I first time saw the error message on my dash.

I had an MOT and service completed and was informed of a couple of advisories. I checked to make sure the issues stated were genuine and they were so they seem like an honest garage. They did accidentally damage my TPMS sensor when repairing a puncture but replaced it with a genuine part free of charge after I called and let them know my tyre pressure wasn't reading correctly. I will happily continue to use this garage so long as they keep up the honest work.

bad technical service and awful customer service! They have done my car MOT and full service with some additional repairs costed all together almost Β£ 500! They haven't done the job properly! They have changed my car back plate but after 2 weeks only it fallen down! when I asked them to come to my home to fix their mistake, they said no one is available and ask me to come to the garage to fix it in 5 mins at 8 am. I did go, I had to wait for 30 mins before this been done!

Please avoid going here! I had my front nearside hub replaced and they forgot to tighten up one of the 3 bolts correctly. Shocking service. This could have ended up killing me if it sheered off! I told Binley Woods Service Centre and they didn't even apologise at first, just said bring it in. Clearly the car was not driveable so I had to call someone out whilst I was stranded at the side of the road. They managed to tighten it enough to carefully drive to the garage. Once the car was at Binley Woods Service Centre, the mechanic and receptionist rang me up saying nothing was loose, clearly ignoring everything I had said and the photo evidence. I asked for compensation and the best they could offer was a free MOT. Reported to trading standards and hopefully they will be fined for playing with peoples lives!
