    Toyota proactively called to book in for a service which was good. My car was due to have its first MOT as it was soon to be 3 years old, expected Toyota to have seen this and be added on with the service, however upon arrival at the dealer I had to ask if the MOT was included as there was no mention of it, and the MOT had not been arranged. They said they would try and slot it in for the day. Later in the day they called me to let me know the service had been completed however couldn't do the MOT, and their next slot available was more than a month away, with my MOT expiring with just over a week later. Quite dissapointed, as they offered little help to resolve the issue. I've had to call around and make my own arrangements to get an MOT sorted. I expected Lister's Toyota to realise my MOT due and have included that in the booking, especially since down the road Lister's SEAT Coventry did this when it came to my partner's car.

    On time, very helpful and they listen to you. Great service! When I asked for help understanding some of the features the service man took the time to show me how to use them. They also delivered the car back well before the time indicated to accommodate when I needed the car back by. Would definitely recommend.

    On the day my service experience was great, Corey was fantastic at keeping me updated on progress. Some of the communications before the appointment were a little confusing (e.g. an email saying the appointment had been rescheduled to the same date and time) but overall it was a good experience. I was however a little put off by how some of the other staff members in the branch behaved, they were quite dismissive and rude to other customers both in branch and on the phone.

    Had my MOT recently on my used Toyota that I have financed through Listers. Was part of my service plan and super easy from the booking process all to pick up of my car. Lovely staff at each point of contact, great video from the mechanic who showed how my vehicle was looking and explained the one advisory change on my car which was well priced and finished to a good standard. Was easy to accept this after being called to update me on the MOT and easy to pay online or in store on collection. Looking forward to my next visit and using the good customer service again!

    In for a major service today, All staff are helpful and courteous. Service advisor Corey Field and technician Reece Morrow has done an excellent job for my car. Picked up the car in 3 hours, provided with service reports and video explaining the condition of your car, that’s really reassuring.

    Had my first service on the vehicle since I bought it new in January this year. Easy to arrange the service and the collection and return of my car back home all worked well. No issues with the service, but it was let down by the so called wash and valet prior to it's return which I am afraid to say was very poor indeed. It looked like a very quick job was done with the wash, as some of the lower parts of the car's body was still dirty, and the vacuuming of the interior very poor indeed plus marks were clearly on the front instrument panel. Rather disappointing.

    Very efficient and pleasant service from front desk receptionist. Nice complimentary coffee - should be considering the final invoice amount. Current recession clearly impacting on sales activity, mitigated by servicing department.
