   Overall the outcome and end result exceeded my expectations. Staff in office and in the servicing area and garage communicated well with me. I would have been more confident with more time spent on ensuring that I was familiar with the handling of new gears and lay out in courtesy car, which was a good car and a 'small' car. However I've had too many years with my little Fiat! I was delighted with appearance of my Car on it's return. Like new!! Thanks guys for the extra trouble you obviously took. Great team effort and much appreciated

   I used DLG Auto Services to repair my car after some minor damage, via my insurance agency. They, unlike the insurers, were prompt, informative and efficient. They gave be an approximate completion date via phonecall and updates as they progressed, so that I knew well in advance everything that was going on. They arranged delivery of the vehicle, which was spotless and perfectly repaired on arrival. Fantastic work, great customer service and easy to use. Would recommend.

   Sadly I feel the work fell short of my expectations, panels are not aligned, rear light is loose, speaking with the engineer was challenging and all but called me a liar and claimed panel alignments where Manufacture faults! Not a good experience, however collection and delivery guys where great good communications and understanding.
