Been a couple times to this garage for an MOT and service, staff are very friendly, quick at solving issues and at a reasonable price. Will be going back to them in future.
I took my old car here for an issue with the engine overheating. I asked them for an honest opinion on what work needs doing, whether or not it was worth it and how much it would cost. They looked at the car in detail, gave me all of this information and then were able to advise me on what make and model of new car would be best. All on the same day and worked around my working hours so I didn’t have to take time off work. I’ve since gone and bought a new car and this will be the only place I go to for any issues and for regular services. It can be really intimidating when you don’t know anything about cars but the whole team were so kind and patient with their time. Thanks again and see you soon!

Lee and the team have been looking after our cars for 8 years and I would 110% recommend them! They are super transparent, honest and friendly and the work is always top notch. On numerous occasions I asked them to check little niggles that I had noticed, and so often they said 'Nah don't worry' where others would happily have talked me into a costly repair. Really couldn't be happier! Keep up the fantastic work Crescent Garage!

After a nightmare morning with my car not starting I eventually managed to get it jump started. I had an hour commute to work and didn’t want to risk the vehicle stalling and not being able to get it started again. I rang Crescent garage and Daniel could not have been more helpful. I explained the issue and stated I didn’t want to turn the engine off again because nobody was available to jump start it and I’d be stuck with no way of getting to the garage. He said I could bring it down and they will take a look at it this afternoon (the best response I could ask for since I was already having to take a day off work). At 1500 I received a call (only a couple of hours after I dropped my car off) for Daniel to explain that they had completed the checks on the battery and alternator and both were working as they should. He then explained that there is most likely an electrical fault which is causing the issue. Because they couldn’t do the work themselves he provided me with a contact of someone they have used numerous times. I then asked what the price would be (expecting a £60-£70 bill for a diagnostics check) but Daniel replied with ‘Nothing, it’s free’ . To think that the high quality service which was provided and the time they took to look at my car was all for free, I was speechless. I don’t write reviews often but with the morning I’ve had, for these guys to put a smile on my face is truly something and the least I can do is write this review. Best customer service I’ve ever received. As my car is getting a little older, I have been to this garage a few times now and each time I am surprised at how excellent the customer service. They are also very transparent about costs. I cannot recommend this garage highly enough! It is fantastic.
We were referred to Crescent Garages by someone who has been using them for years, and we’re so thankful for the referral! We initially had an issue with our clutch sticking. However, when we called Crescent Garages to ask them to take a look at it/repair it, they were very honest and said that they would be too expensive for a clutch repair and so referred us out to The Clutch Clinic in Coventry. Thankfully, they (The Clutch Clinic) were able to help us, and at a very reasonable price, but we were blown away by the fact that Crescent Garages turned away business because they knew that the customer could get better value for money elsewhere - this is something that’s quite rare these days, and shows the honesty and integrity of a business. So, a few months later, my wife, Kirsty, was due to take our son on a mini-break to London. However, we’d noticed a ‘knocking’ sound was occurring when driving our car, plus we knew the tyres were nearing the time to be changed. So, we booked the car in at Crescent Garages so they could take a look and make sure it was safe before they left for London. Unfortunately, what we thought was going to be a quick and cheap fix turned out to be the exact opposite. There had been work done on the car before and we were now learning that said work was subpar and had caused greater damage to our car because we’d been driving it without knowing that. However, Crescent Garages took the time to explain everything to us step by step (something which is invaluable to people who don’t know much about cars - something a lot of garages take advantage of!), they called us at every avenue before doing anymore work to make sure it was what we wanted and that we could afford it, and to top it off they even took some money off of the labour costs so that it was cheaper for us. So, they effectively took money out of their own pockets just so it wasn’t such a financial burden for us! That is an extremely generous thing to do regardless of the situation, but if you also take into consideration that we are new customers of theirs - they don’t owe us anything, they didn’t know if we would be loyal to them going forward, they weren’t offering ‘mates rates’ or anything like that, it’s just simply how they conduct their business and how they treat their customers across the board. It’s safe to say that they’ve made customers for life from us, and we will gladly point any other potential business in their direction too. Definitely 5 stars and worth every penny!
Sorry about the delay in my recommendation and thank you. Back in November they did some desperately needed work for me on my Clio, they were honest and helpful in regards to highlighting work I would also need to get done at a later date. The customer service was great. I would highly recommend using these guys and when it comes to getting some of the work I still need to get done I will be looking to return to them in the new year.
