   I had an ongoing wheel alignment issue on my van which was misdiagnosed by 2 different garages who both charged me for tracking and new track rod ends but the problem persisted. One garage told me all the shocks and suspension looked fine and my steering rack probably needs replacing! I decided to take it to XL after reading their online reviews and seeing that they specialise in wheel alignment and I'm so glad I did. They correctly diagnosed a bad shock absorber that needed replacing and 3 defective tyres which were all contributing to the terrible drift on the van. The van now drives absolutely perfect with no issues. Highly recommend this garage for repair work they do a proper job and are more thorough in their checks than other garages and the customer service is very good

I was also reassured that at my request, as an Audi-approved repair agent, they would only use genuine manufacturer parts fitted to the official guidelines – which gave me total peace of mind. What really impressed me was the extra level of care and convenience. Knowing I was heading away on holiday for two weeks, XL arranged for my car to be collected and dropped back once the repairs were complete.    XL Motors repaired my car following a collision just before Christmas. Louise was my service handler and was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept me informed throughout. The rest of the team were equally as helpful. From start to finish, the service has been fantastic and the standard of repair is excellent, completed in 3 weeks despite the Christmas holiday period. I can’t praise them enough and would highly recommend XL Motors.

   Our 2015 VW Polo was involved in a minor collision in March 2020. The insurance company placed the car with an accident damage repair company who were very poor in communications and also made little/no progress with our car. Finally, in exasperation, the insurance company decided to move the car to XL Motors Ltd. Communications were first class with everything promised actually occurring properly on time. The car was repaired very quickly and was delivered back to us clean and valeted as well as the repair having been carried out professionally. After 9 months being without this car, it was a relief to get it back and I would certainly recommend XL Motors Ltd for professional and fast service.

   I recently had my Mercedes A class in for damage repair on the car caused by the previous driver (brother) He claimed through his insurance for the work to be carried out back in march 2022 and in the meantime we had been let down by numerous garages proposing repair. After taking it upon myself to see if XL Motors would be able to take over the claim request and provide a better service, it was a success. After explaining my situation, and my somewhat frustration, they were willing to assist me straight away. Within a few days they were onto his insurance and given the green light to take over with the service. After that I was booked in straight away, without a long waiting time as well. The work was all carried out very efficiently and I am very happy with the over all result and service I have received from them. I would strongly recommend XL Motors as they got the job done correctly and efficiently.

   Had a scratch repaired nearly 2 years ago was very pleased with the actual job but was left with masking tape marks and the the trim wasn't fitted back on correctly!!!? Finished up fitting new one ..it took 4/5 trips from Loughborough to Coventry..so I have scapes on front bumper now from where I caught the edge of the post when driving into my driveway. Asked XL for a quote and a Volvo main dealer how much ??? XL was £1000 more than a quote from Volvo main Dealer for a roughly £400 job..why I contacted XL was recommended from Volvo because of paintwork warranty.XL saw my 1 star review said they would look into and call me back !!!! Nothing yet to explain why
