   I recently had a major service completed on my BMW and the service was brilliant from start to end. First time going to a BMW Independent Specialist so was looking for a reputable garage in Coventry. The service was 10/10 with solid communication and car was ready on time as originally agreed. Bobby even shown me the filters and spark plugs after the job was complete to show the condition which was brilliant and gave me confidence on the condition on my car. Bobby has great knowledge on BMW’s and really knows what’s needed to keep them maintained for good long term health. I now have a reliable garage that I will be going to in future for my BMW. Look no further if you require work on your BMW.

   Brought my 3 series here a year ago for MOT and service, had an oil and filter change and all 4 brake pads replaced. Had another oil and filter change recently due to clocking many miles. Bobby was professional throughout both services. Will definitely keep on coming here for my BMW and would recommend everyone with a BMW to do so.

   I took my BMW 7 Series to Bobby as it had a few issues, with a leak to the transmission being the most concerning amongst other issues. In all honesty, words cannot describe how knowledgeable and great Bobby is. My car has never ran so well and all my issues have been fixed to a very high standard (even the nasty gear box leak) Although I’d want to avoid a constant trip to the garage, I would never use any other mechanic but Bobby. He is a perfectionist and anything he touches he makes right. He even put in new clips to my arch linings without me asking (little things in life that count). You can tell how much Bobby enjoys his job and how pleased I am with all the repairs he has done to my car. Thanks a million Bobby! Also to add, he is very reasonable with his prices.

   All I can say is use Bobby as your only Bimmer technician, he’s always gone beyond for me whenever I needed anything done on my car. He does not fix what doesn’t need fixing. He will get to the root of any fault and trust me he will. His prices are very reasonable compared to the main dealer!
