   Staff extremely friendly, service quick and professional, kept to times (including vehicle pickup/return). As someone who is very much not a car person, I got a sense of reassurance, comfort, and respect towards me from them which made me trust them - which isn't a common experience for me in dealing with car issues.

   I had the full service and MOT done by this garage. My car was picked up by their driver. On the next day, I was told my MOT passed but my car rear bumper was damaged by hit-and-run. Lately it was found out that actually their mechanic damaged my car. It was taken for repair a week later but the quality was not good. How could you expect to do business in this awful way. They are liars.

   I booked a service & MOT through the AA & although I didn't know the garage I felt reassured as it was AA approved. I'm so glad I did. Communication was faultless & having the car collected & returned couldn't have been any better. Very friendly staff - I'll be a returning customer. Thank you.

   Took my car for instrument cluster fault charged 150 had to take back 3 times in a fortnight same fault. Never repaid ended up going to different company who fixed in 2 days. Phoned arena who refused a partial refund due to them doing the job but as I said to them they never fixed the fault. Also damaged dash which the other company repaired.

   Went in after struggling to find somewhere big enough to fit my van on. They managed to book my van in the next day and when the job went from a small job to a huge job, I was updated regularly and spoken to honestly. Price was fair for the work completed and I was shown all of the work that had been done. Very friendly service. Would recommend

   Arena Motor repair is a good service. Tony was very friendly and professional . They have fixed the problems my car had and dis the Mot for it . It was fast , he said it will be ready next day morning it was. Good service and prices are good as well.
