   Sam was excellent. He inspired a lot of confidence. Did the diagnostics, confirmed it was the 12v battery that was at fault (turned out to have been the original factory battery at nearly 11 years old!), fitted a new high quality battery, did a road test and no faults showing. Great to meet Steve too. Their EV expertise is impressive. Thanks for squeezing me in. Took the car to London and back yesterday and no problems.
